Couldn’t agree more. Excellent conductor and wonderful person.
This is the same company who appointed Mark Wigglesworth and then sacked him before he took up the post after a revolt from the orchestra. I know Wigglesworth has also had form, but it sounds like it might have been six of one and half a dozen of the other.
