“Wonder why?” Have something against Russia, and Moscow in particular? You sound as if it’s self-explanatory that EasyJet is closing their Moscow route and assume people should not want to visit Moscow. Personally, I’d love to visit Moscow and St. Petersburg myself, as well as other parts of that amazing and wondrous nation.
Well, just to take one single group of potential travellers, gay people have probably cancelled any plans to visit Russia after all the state-sponsored homophobia of the past few years.
Curious to know whether London to Moscow is the only Easyjet route which requires a UK national to have a visa.
And yet they should have remembered the old Warsaw Pact saying: “go visit Russia before it visits you”.
