They would appear to have a vast number of unsold tickets for their Festival Hall performance. But then you have to wonder who advised them to take on a Monday night, immediately after the end of the Proms, but before any of the South Bank Centre resident orchestras have opened their seasons. Maybe they are supposed to appeal to a ‘different’ audience, but an orchestra on stage is an orchestra on stage…
Um, who are they? They don’t look like Jeremy Menuhin, the only Menuhin boy I know about.
