This has been going on for years.
What is the purpose of such a notice? just to announce that the US has little intelligence regarding the security of VZ airports? What is the official ramifications of posting that opinion?
It means that Venezuela is now so low on the ladder of civility that US aviation authorities have to issue a disclaimer before dropping you off there! Imagine how bad things are that this notice exists, whenever it was issued. May just have something to do with Caracas being the most deadly CAPITAL city in the world. (Enter the chorus of apologists and relativists stage left…)
