Don’t even… That is NOT the Vienna Philharmonic.
Wait a minute; does this mean that the ‘Viennese composer’ has only two nights to write, typeset, and extract parts for an orchestral piece?!? Surely, they must mean an ensemble of members of the Vienna Philharmonic, although even then, it is a very fast turnaround! Or does the composer have a few pre-written passages, from which he/she picks and adapts the ones most suited to the ‘ideas’ of the paying guest? And what about copyright in the composition?
