      How did you guess? Hans Neuenfels for the Bayerische

      Staatsoper, conducted by Ivor Bolton and with Ms Michael in the title role. Neuenfels was never without a glass of white wine throughout the rehearsals and his alcohol-ravaged voice was a constant cacophony!
