Lovely, and they look just like their respective singer parents.
Günther Groissböck is the best Ochs I have ever seen. Did anyone see him drop an f bomb while being interviewed by Deb Voight during the broadcast? The look on Voight’s face! I can’t find a vid, only the transcript:

Yeah, he was phenomenal in that broadcast. I wasn’t there for the f bomb though! But I remember another funny moment last year in the Turandot broadcast, when Yonghoon Lee started to proselytise during the interview 🙂
And just how many different singers have you heard and seen, preferably live as opposed to a cinema/video performance, as Ochs … with or without f bomb?
Guy, straight out of the Ochsen mouth: ich wuart’ auf Antwuort as to how many singers you have seen in this role. Just so you know, I added a “u” two times to catch the flavor of the Viennese speech which Ochs uses in this quote. So, Guy, how many different Ochsen have you seen?
I confess to being an enormous fan of Ms Grigorian, finding her an immensely compelling singing actress. I was unprepared for what she did in the Madrid Rusalka though – check this out from about 6:15 onward………….
