It’s easy to pronounce if you know Polish – quite a composer !!
Agreed. And the tip is: all letters in Polish are pronounced.
Totally agree. It’s not so difficult, if you once learn how to read Polish, as you have read how to read French, Spanish, Italian, ect
Given that Polish contains few sounds that don’t occur one way or another in English, nie ma problemu.

The first name will be more difficult for most English-speakers (especially those who have trouble conceiving of r as a vowel sound), but they can always punt and use the Latin: Gregorius.
