Bogota mourns its maestro
RIPThe Orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá has announced the death of its founding conductor, Raúl Garcia, at the age of 83.
Raúl Garcia led Colombia’s premier orchestra for 23 years, from 1967 to 1990.
