RIPThe pianist, composer and radio personality Ramsey Lewis has died in his native Chicago.
He made 80 albums and won 3 Grammys.

This guy was a legend to me.
The Ramsay Lewis recordings of The In Crowd and Cast Your Fate to the Wind were two of my favorites during college, 1964-1968. I liked the Lewis recording of Cast Your Fate to the Wind better than the original Grammy winner by Vince Guaraldi
