His wife Dorothy Krebill had the title role in the first CARMEN I saw. On records, she was Flora in the RCA set of TRAVIATA with Caballe.
A complete gentleman. He sponsored with the Dallas Opera a show at the Dallas Public Library of my opera singer autograph collection in the late 1980’s. I will never forget his interest and kindness. RIP.
