Obviously, Ukraine has a Jewish president and MPs, and good anti-Semitism legislation since the 2014 revolution got rid of a Russian stooge.
But there is significant neo-nazism in the east and in militias, and they have been allowed to erect statues to people with a pretty dirty past.
Putin has seized on this as his cover story for invasion, which is reprehensible. In fact, most of the neo-nazis are probably the pro-Russian elements in the east.
As always, the problem is: The ones who should read it, won’t read it, and the ones who read it, already know.
