The music director of the Schleswig-Holstein Symphony Orchestra Kimbo Ishiii has been assaulted at the Südermakt in Flensburg, injuring his right arm. The incident occurred a week ago and became known at his concert on Wednesday when he had difficulties moving the arm.

An individual was arrested, apparently in an unsound frame of mind.

Ishii, 54, has been in Schleswig-Holstein since 2019.
