The chorus of Bavarian Radio has asked Peter Dijkstra to return as its next artistic director.
Dijkstra, who held the job from 2005 to 2016, replaces the Englishman Howard Arman, who will continue to guest-conduct the chorus.

It’s likely just an interim position, the candidate whom the chorus management (ostensibly Susanne Vongries, who she?) really desires not being available for a couple of seasons or so.
