Munich’s next conductor is Argentine
NewsThe Gärtnerplatz state theatre has presented Rubén Dubrovsky as its next chef conductor from 2024. He will succeed Anthony Bramall, who will remain closely involved as principal guest.
Dubrovsky, 52, is founder of the Ensemble Bach Consort Vienna with other musicians and Chicgo’s Third Coast Baroque.
Bravo, Maestro Dubrovsky! Intelligent, imaginative, principled, and a very fine musician.
Lucky Munich. He is a most attractive conductor. I watched this YT video for Franco Fagioli and Porpora, but stayed for Dubrovsky.
