What was playing? “Cupid only throws the dart”? Flight of the Bumblebee? The Wasps?
Great news! Blackburn Cathedral also now added to the venues.
It is heartening to see every and any venue being used to vaccinate as many people as possible. As more countries find it necessary to shut down to save lives in concert with vaccination where are those who were claiming the pandemic was overblown and insisted on “being allowed to live their lives”? Hopefully, in America, the Biden administrations’ return to the following of science-based public health guidelines will save lives and allow a return to normalcy soon.
The organ didn’t play – an ORGANIST played the organ. Would we say that we had just been to Carnegie Hall where the piano played the Emperor Concerto? (Signed, an organist).
But some of the organists I know say the organ DOES play the organist, not the other way around. (:-)

Surely we should be applauding the organists at these Cathedrals alongside the news of the actual instrument playing during the vaccinations. These organs don’t just play themselves!
