This little crate beside the chamber music hall of the Philharmonie is a fully-equipped studio which the orchestra has begun using for outreach work.

For a long time now, the Berliner Philharmoniker Foundation has expressed the wish to be able to also record music projects, family concerts and the performances of the Karajan Academy in the Chamber Music Hall, and to install a video studio offering the same image quality as in the main auditorium Hall of the Philharmonie. However, there was no suitable space. But then came the brilliant idea of a mobile video studio! And now seven small, very discreetly placed Panasonic cameras transmit the image signals from the Chamber Music Hall.
