Comments

  • Pianofortissimo says:

Vulgar. Banal. Awful. Any honest version of the “original” is to prefer.

    200,000 views, eh, so what?

  • will says:

    Total rubbish

  • William Safford says:

Just watch the nattering nabobs of negativism swarm to criticize this video.

It’s cute. It’s a way to demonstrate some software.

    Nothing more, nothing less.

  • Marfisa says:

For justification, a YouTube comment picked at random:

“You guys are the reason I have been in piano for 6 years and started cello a few weeks ago! I have loved your videos since I saw my first one!”

Lighten up, detractors. It wasn’t that bad. And it might bring some cheer to benighted piano teachers enduring for the millionth time an eight-year old picking out the notes.

  • John Borstlap says:

    Does not deserve serious opposition.

  • Stefan says:

    Absolutely Schrecklich!!

  • Jon Eiche says:

Maybe this isn’t to your liking, but that doesn’t mean it’s worthless. Flashy, unsubtle performances like this are what first attract some people to classical music; more refined taste and appreciation of nuance come later.

  • christopher storey says:

Who was it who said ” Roll over, Beethoven “? He will be spinning like a top after this

  • Paul Carlile says:

The humor saves it….and of its type, it’s not so bad! Lighten up, commenters!
Lewd wig van Boat haven has suffered worse….”Fury lease” will survive.

  • José Bergher says:

    Garbage.

  • Marfisa says:

Those of you who didn’t like that, will really hate this!

A worthy use for one of Beethoven’s least playable (that is, playable well) pieces.
