So, “Global Health Leaders” consulted directly with Houston Opera in their decision making?
It should read: “We have chosen from among the recommendations of “Global Health Leaders” the ones which support OUR decision to cancel 2020-2021.

This press release was several pages long and detailed a number of chamber operas and recitals which would be added to the season. I’m disappointed that this is not mentioned here at all. HGO and Texas opera companies in general are doing much more than the rest of the country’s operas during this time.
hardly the most inspiring building in which to stage opera, but very much of its time and place.
What’s wrong with it and what does your local opera house have to offer?
