Surprise, surprise: Musicians back Biden/Harris

Surprise, surprise: Musicians back Biden/Harris

As ever, the AFM in New York backs the Democratic ticket.

The Local 802 Executive Board made the following statement: “The professional music community needs a robust recovery of the economy and the arts, but we also need strong investments in the nation’s healthcare and pension systems, a strengthening of labor laws that protect the rights of all working people, and — more than ever — a country committed to mutual respect. We need a president who affirms that Black Lives Matter and an administration that fights for the rights of women, immigrants, people of color and all Americans. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the candidates who are clear, obvious choices to move our country forward. We enthusiastically endorse the Democratic ticket in the 2020 election and call on our members to help get out the vote!”

  • Couperin says:

Does anyone in their right mind think TRUMP has any knowledge, respect or passion for anything artistic? If it isn’t gold-plated it isn’t worth his time. I suppose unless it’s the great Maurizio Cattelan piece “America.” For you Trumpists out there, that’s a gold toilet bowl.

    • The View from America says:

Trump is of course hopeless when it comes to classical music. But I don’t think Biden has spent more than two minutes of time thinking about or appreciating classical music, either.

Sad to say, our current political leaders can’t hold a candle to European heads of state in this regard. One has to go back to the eras of Nixon and Truman to find presidents who had a genuine appreciation for the art form. (Kennedy did as well, but that was mainly through an “I’m with her” association with first lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis). And the Bush administration had Condoleeza Rice to dress things up on the classical music front.

      • Fliszt says:

President Jimmy Carter was a passionate devotee of classical music, he had his favorite recordings played in the oval office throughout the workday, and he often attended the Washington Opera.

        • Bring On the Arts says:

1976-1980: The most important musical event of the Carter administration was the inauguration of the first PBS series of five hour-long programs broadcast nationally and throughout Europe from the East Room. Initiated by President and Mrs. Carter in 1978, the first series comprised Vladimir Horowitz, Leontyne Price, Mikhail Baryshnikov with Patricia McBride, Mstislav Rostropovich and Andres Segovia. It was President Carter who said “The Arts are not a luxury – they are a vital part of American life.”

        • Max Raimi says:

In Carter’s memoirs, there is an extended reminiscence of hours spent with fellow midshipmen at the Naval Academy listening to recordings of classical music. It was a world he discovered at that time, and it clearly fascinated him. He was a luckless and unsuccessful president, but an altogether admirable human being.

      • Suzanne says:

Kamala Harris has been a supporter of the San Francisco Symphony, SFMOMA and SF Jazz. Reason to hope.

    • Occamsrazor says:

Why would Trump have any respect for “artists “? They are a bunch of mentally ill, hormone- deficient, infantile, envious parasites ( did I forget anything)? Do you think that Bach would vote for Biden if he was alive today? Who knew this election could be so much fun!

      • PFmus says:

You can tell you’re not a musician. Music doesn’t thrive on hatred, you see… unlike you and yours, and your various sockpuppet accounts…

        • Occamsrazor says:

PFmus, I’m not a musician. Neither were Bach, Mozart, Rachmaninoff etc. Self-respecting artists call themselves craftsmen, Arturo Michelangeli said he was a craftsman. Musicians are hebephrenic parasites.

          • Max Raimi says:

I will certainly defer to you on hebephrenia. It would be hard to imagine anything that more perfectly encapsulated it than the comment above.

          • Occamsrazor says:

Max, hebephrenia is infantile schizophrenia. A child is asking his dad to buy him new sneakers without considering the fact that the dad has to choose between buying food or gas. America has astronomical debt and lives on helicopter money. To ask for money to be spent on the rotting corpse of classical music while everything else has already gone to hell in a hand basket is hebephrenia. At the end of 1950s managers had an emergency meeting to discuss a fact that scared them shitless, the number of competitions had reached 50. Now we have 1000s. Still want more money taken from cancer patients and given to you?

          • Max Raimi says:

Your comment was characterized by disordered thought and inappropriate emotions, classic symptoms of hebephrenia. You postulated that Bach, Mozart and Rachmaninoff were not musicians, and railed against musicians as parasites. I rest my case.

    • Amos says:

It was also problematic that the one time he attended a concert he insisted on standing up and waving every time the audience applauded!

    • Rameau says:

      Mon cher Monsieur Couperin,
I assume you have the statistics for the number of times Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have attended a concert, opera, chamber or vocal recital in the last year (B.C. [Before Coronavirus]). Would you be good enough to share them with us?
      Merci bien

    • Bone says:

Does anyone on their right mind think BIDEN/HARRIS have any know;edge, respect, or passion for anything artistic? If it isn’t virtue signaling or BLM it isn’t worth their time. I suppose unless it’s the vapid “Black Live Matters” spray painted on a DC street. For you Biden/Harrisists out there, it’s a yellow slogan that means nothing.

    • Bone says:

Does anyone in their right mind think BIDEN/HARRIS have any know;edge, respect, or passion for anything artistic? If it isn’t virtue signaling or BLM it isn’t worth their time. I suppose unless it’s the vapid “Black Live Matters” spray painted on a DC street. For you Biden/Harrisists out there, it’s a yellow slogan that means nothing.

    • Cubs Fan says:

No, he’s not particularly interested in the arts. Do you think Biden or Harris care at all? Nope. Has either been a supporter of symphonies or opera? Nope. This is NY, and heavily Democrat. Look what’s happened to that city in recent years: it’s a disgrace thanks to DEMOCRAT mayor DeBlasio. One thing that too many people forget it that their 401-Ks and other investments are doing so well thanks to Donald Trump’s economy, which I should add is almost back to pre-Covid highs. If anyone thinks that a Democrat run government is going to be the savior of fine arts you’ll be in for a shock: from now on every grant is going to have a huge BLM LGBTQ mandate attached to it if the radical left gets their way. Ironically, it’s always the wealthier mostly conservative supporters who dig into their pockets to support these endeavors. The uber-wealthy liberals out there give very little to classical music. Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, George Soros – they couldn’t care less.

    • Occamsrazor says:

And I can just see the senile pedophile Biden and Harris who prostituted her way to the top, listening to Beethoven’s late quartets when on breaks from betraying and destroying the country. These people exude culture.

      • Pamela Frame says:

Quite the Republican. March on, but there is a big cliff ahead.

        • Haydn70 says:

And we can thank the Democrat party, liberals and leftist for the existence of that cliff. So vote for Biden et al and when the Democrats get a hold of the reins of power this country the march to that cliff will become a full-out run…and over the precipice we go.

      • mary says:

both accusations against Biden and Harris are actionable libel, including against the site that hosts the posts

        just sayin’

        • Occamsrazor says:

Mary, I apologize, Biden isn’t senile and Harris is not at the top.

          • Max Raimi says:

Actually, the “pedophile” charge was the most contemptible. I believe it was Biden’s opponent who spent quality time with Mr. Epstein.

    • jack says:

So tell me, which of the recent Democratic Presidents has advocated for substantial governmental support for the arts. And do you think that “a president who affirms that Black Lives Matter and an administration that fights for the rights of women, immigrants, people of color and all Americans” is definitely a supporter of the arts.

    • Sue Sonata Form says:

You mean, a gold-plated version of the Duchamp urinal? Do they have one of those in the Tate Modern now? Nobody cooed over that, or anything.
Trump is an amateur in the gaudy stakes compared to that.

Obviously you’re not able to understand that subsidized arts won’t flourish without a strong economy. Or perhaps you think money should be printed to support them? You could try that, I suppose, but I do hope you’ve got the wheelbarrow which will be needed to buy a loaf of bread with your degraded currency. As an appetizer, try Venezuela.

    • Joanna Drake says:

What are Biden and Harris favorite operatic works?

      Can’t wait to hear this!

Plus, how much have they ever raised in the name of the arts (besides their legs)??

    • violafan says:

You’re underestimating the amount of old crusty white racist people in classical music. They will support the narcissist in chief no matter what. It’s sad and depressing.

      • Occamsrazor says:

Viola, I’m not entirely white and damn proud of the few drops of African blood in me . About govt support of the arts. Here is how this scam works: demonicrat government gives taxpayers money to a conservatory where filthy old teachers screw young meat of both genders for scholarships and promises of competition wins. When the young meat wins a competition where his/her oh, such influential teacher sits on the jury, the poor creature usually has to give the prize money to the teacher to grease his palms and those of his partners on the jury in this actually very primitive payola scheme. Also, demonicrat government gives taxpayers money to theaters and opera houses where obligatory fellatios are added to the classical works of art. Now, why should some construction worker pay for these abominations? I’m waiting for an answer.

        • violafan says:

You do realize there is a huge world of classical music outside of competitions, right? I think we all agree most competitions are flawed and have problems. That is a nonpartisan issue. Are you saying because there are problems in classical music, that it’s the government’s fault?

“Now, why should some construction worker pay for these abominations?”

There is nepotism, and sexual abuse in practically every industry! Not just classical music. Sorry to burst your bubble on that one…

          • Occamsrazor says:

Viola, you didn’t answer my question, which is why should a construction worker pay for these abominations. You see, a dollar spent in one place cannot be spent somewhere else. Don’t you suppose that while we have childhood cancer, he might prefer that every available dollar that is deemed to be so “extra “ that it can be spent on inserting fellatios in classical operas, be spent on cancer research instead?

          • Occamsrazor says:

I see I already got a few down votes about the money better spent on childhood cancer research than on another brothel known as conservatory or payola scam known as competition. I can just see Bach and Mozart begging Biden for more money so more brain-dead mediocrities can parrot back their music. There is such shortage of that, a veritable dearth.

          • Occamsrazor says:

The only things that need support are ones that are falling. I’d hate to quote Nietzsche but he got a few things right, those that are falling need to be pushed.Classical music has long been dead, we’re discussing its corpse, already swollen with gases.

          • Occamsrazor says:

Viola, there is not a huge world of classical music or literature or any other art. True art is as rare as flawless diamonds of 100ct. There is a cesspool of beta males who are useless in both times of war and peace. They lack strength, focus and coordination to do physical labor and they lack brains to be scientists or doctors. Before the advent of modern medicine they simply didn`t make it to adulthood. Now armies of these weaklings are given the art industry by TPTB so they have something to do. Jimmy Yancey who was the greatest boogie-woogie pianist of all time, worked all his life as a groundskeeper for the Chicago White Sox. He had a resemblance to Rachmaninov in both looks and being able sometimes to move the listener to tears after one minute of his playing. That man didn`t bemoan the lack of govt funding.Listen to his State Street Special: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSe3XRCvnRI

    • Guest says:

Right, unlike his cultured predecessors. But endorsing a candidate for the presidency based on artistic passion is rather irrelevant isn’t it? I know the temptation to make snide remarks about the president is overwhelming for some but can’t you be just a little less stupid about political endorsements?

    • Former UWS Ansonia Dad says:

The Local 802 needs more diversity of thought.

Under Crazy Cuomo, all you’ve got are empty venues, empty hotels and emptying neighborhoods of the wealthy who support them financially.

Under Demented DiBlasio, all you’ve got are sex offenders, junkies and mentally ill homeless infesting the UWS driving out the “compassionate” Libs scared for their children and plummeting home equity.

Men are sick of our charming UWS now being turned into the projects! $9,750/mo requires a much better standard of living for my family. We voted Obama twice and then Clinton but the blue wave and crime are driving us to Trump. The lady buying her METRO card who got stabbed finally did it for us. We’d rather leave in a truck than in body bags.

    • Cubist says:

“If it isn’t gold-plated it isn’t worth his time.”

Like that GARISH golden George Condo creation in front of the MET opera??

Actually the likeness reminds me of Donald. Perhaps President Trump inspired Condo and his image is presiding over Lincoln Center for eternity. It’s quite bright and now dominates the MET.

Hopefully Trump will do something useful with it in the future and buy the lot since all of the buildings are effectively abandoned. They can’t support themselves anymore, so they’re just a bunch of useless big buildings now.

      • William Safford says:

I can actually extract one good idea from your post.

Now is the time to raze Philharmonic Hall/Avery Fisher Hall/Geffen Hall, and build a hall with at least good acoustics, and that is designed to minimize COVID-19 transmission.

        • NYMike says:

Sure thing – meanwhile the NY Phil plays in the street?? The funding for this imaginary project comes from where??

          • William Safford says:

That is the point: there are no performances right now. The house is sitting empty. There was already a funding stream for renovations. Why not tear it down and rebuild it?

No, it’s not going to happen. But it should have.

        • Biden ..maybe says:

It could be a homeless encampment!!

        • A. Rosenberg says:

Just stick more of the sex offenders,, homeless and druggies in those buildings like they did in the UWS luxury hotels since they’re vacant.

You liberals really need to be more compassionate on top of more inclusive. Especially all those Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders voters now “experiencing” what they tell others to do and how to feel about it.

As you say; nothing bad has happened.

Why can’t Libs handle their own policies in practice within their own neighborhoods instead of running away from their fellow man?

    • JJC says:

Yeah. I guess you miss Obama’s Wednesday night rap ‘concerts’.

      • Enquiring Mind says:

        touché

      • William Safford says:

Musicians were willing to perform for the Obama administration!

Remember the inauguration party for the orange enemy of the people? Where were the headline acts? Most musicians (other than service bands, for whom it was their obligation to perform) refused to participate.

The vast majority of musicians–classical, rock, country, rap, jazz, etc.–eschew the administration of the orange enemy of the people.

Musicians keep denying the reelection campaign, the rights to use their music.

        And for good reason.

        • Occamsrazor says:

The fact that “musicians” performed for Obama characterizes them, not Obama.

        • Antoine says:

What the hell did the Obama’s do for classical musicians Bill?!?!

When did they go to the MET or donate??

          THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!

          • William Safford says:

What did Republicans try to do for classical musicians?

They have tried, over and over again, to eliminate the National Endowment for the Arts, one of the last vestiges of national government support for the arts, including classical music.

What did Obama do? Well, he didn’t try to eliminate the NEA.

Even granting that Obama’s actions weren’t much, that makes Obama far superior to the Republicans.

    • Brettermeier says:

You really had to ask, hadn’t you.

    • Me says:

Is that comment intended to be an example of the commitment “to mutual respect” that the AFM advocates? It reminds me of all the promises of “bringing the country together” and all the complaints of “divisiveness” coming from angry mouthpieces who in the same breath viciously lambaste the other side, apparently with no self-awareness of the irony inherent in the divisiveness of their own attacks.

      • William Safford says:

“Whataboutism” is misplaced. Trump is the font of divisiveness, aided and abetted by his consigliere Putin and his enablers McConnell and other Republican betrayers of the American people, and supported by a a substantial racist portion of the polity.

He is as much a symptom of a greater poison in our country, than the poison itself.

Before we can get past divisiveness, we need to call out and identify the divisive forces in our country.

Our country never had the equivalent of the South African Truth and Reconciliation, after our Civil War. It is long overdue.

We see the poisonous effects of slavery and white supremacy right to this day, including certain commenters on this blog.

        • Occamsrazor says:

Yes William, I’m a racist who’s been listening to jazz since childhood and collecting West African antiques for good 10 years. Can you tell bronze made by Dogon people from that of Fulani, Baule,Ashanti, Igbo or Tuareg? I bet Black people all look the same to you. I’d love to see you take a stroll at night thru Harlem or South Bronx which I’ve been doing for 30 years. You would probably have an ischemia attack just thinking about it and I live here.

    • Occamsrazor says:

About the government support for the arts. Once around Christmas time on NYC subway I witnessed a scene that is forever etched in my memory. Next to me sat 2 old Black construction workers, tall and skinny, dead tired after their shift and slightly drunk. In walks a trumpet player and starts to play carols simply awfully. Then he asks for money. One of the Black grandpas says to the other: what money? Play good shit and money comes automatically! And they started laughing while I silently gave a prayer of thanks for the privilege of having witnessed those fine gentlemen from Harlem say all you need to know about art in one phrase. God spoke through them on that day. I suppose they are retired today and are watching Candace Owens as I do almost daily.

  • sam says:

The NY musicians union backs Biden, the NY police union backs Trump.

There’s only one solution: defund the police to fund musicians.

The baton is mightier than the baton.

    • Occamsrazor says:

Why do I carry a gun? Because a cop is too heavy. It’s amusing that liberals who said a few years ago that people don’t need guns because we have the police, now want to defund the police. I’m all for it as long as I’m given a Beretta and an AK47. All you can legally carry in nyc is a non-locking folder like a Swiss Army knife. I suppose if one knows what to do with it it’s much better than fingernails but you, Sam, will defend yourself with your conducting baton. I suggest you use irregular meter like 5/4 or 7/4. That’ll confuse the thugs and they will go for another liberal who conducts the bourgeois 3/4 to them.

  • violafan says:

    Intelligent Americans support Biden/Harris.

    • William Safford says:

      Moral Americans support Biden/Harris.

    • Occamsrazor says:

Yes Viola, intelligent Americans support abortion child murderers, LGBT child mutilators, BLM thugs and their hero who stuck a gun to a pregnant woman’s stomach among his multiple felonies and had the misfortune of dying from fentanyl after being busted for passing a fake 20$.Not to mention covidiocy and mandatory cancer vaccine. If that is intelligent then I wanna shirt that says: I’m with stupid.

      • William Safford says:

“Yes Viola, intelligent Americans support abortion child murderers, LGBT child mutilators, BLM thugs and their hero who stuck a gun to a pregnant woman’s stomach among his multiple felonies and had the misfortune of dying from fentanyl after being busted for passing a fake 20$.Not to mention covidiocy and mandatory cancer vaccine. If that is intelligent then I wanna shirt that says: I’m with stupid.”

But enough about you. What about Biden/Harris?

      • NYMike says:

        Ah – a QAnon acolyte…..

  • Larry says:

I’ve been a card-carrying member of Local 802 since 1971. Nice to see this.

  • NYMike says:

Since the GOP has continuously tried to cancel funding for the National Endowment for the Arts over decades, what would you expect, Norman?

    • Occamsrazor says:

NYMike, GOP tries to cancel funding to this organization because it spends money mostly on Entartete Kunst.

  • M McAlpine says:

Trump and Biden. Is that the best America can do as candidates? What a joke!

    • V. Lind says:

Therein lies the tragedy. It’s a long story as to why talented and committed individuals are reluctant to put themselves forward as presidential candidates any more — the requisite money (Congressmen have to take in $10,000 a week from the time they are elected in order to bid for re-election; Senators and Presidential candidates exponentially more), the extraordinary intrusiveness into private lives, the toxicity of the political arena in the US — gone are the days of “ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”

From what little I know, Kamala Harris is an able and accomplished person. She is also, as of this moment, a leader of the Democratic Party and, win or lose, candidate-in-waiting for 2024. As such, she may turn out to be Biden’s Sarah Palin, although she is nowhere near as stupid — and there is no injustice in that characterisation; it is not nearly strong enough.

But, like Palin, she is likely to be the driving force of this campaign, rather than the top of the ticket. If she is too BLM, she will blow it for them. If she makes sense, they are in with a chance, and you are looking at a whole new ball game for 2024, when some talented Republicans may well have distanced themselves from the ugliness of the Trump legacy and put themselves forward to contest a more intelligent election campaign than we have seen since Kennedy-Nixon.

      • Max Raimi says:

        “The requisite money…”
There are very few problems with our current governance that can’t be traced to campaign finance. The “Citizens United” Supreme Court decision will redound in infamy as long as decent people value democracy.

    • William Safford says:

The Republican Party and its supporters should be ashamed of themselves for inflicting such an unworthy, dangerously incompetent, offensive, and evil President upon our polity. One hundred seventy thousand deaths and growing on his watch, most of which are on his hands. He is directly responsible for the botched reaction to this crisis.

The good news is that many voters are coming to the realization that they made a horrible mistake in 2016.

As for Biden, he may not be the best candidate, but he may be the right one at this time in our history.

For those who may have seen the movie “The Man,” I certainly hope that it does not happen IRL, but it could. Kudos to his choice of Senator Harris for VP.

And if it does, then McConnell (if he isn’t ousted in this election) will play the role that Burgess Meredith did in the movie….

      • Ready for November-Part II says:

Do you realize Hillary LOST to Donald? Check your with your liberal EXPERTS on the television stations.

Great fun watching their massive egos demolished on their own networks! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!

        • William Safford says:

You are correct. Despite losing the popular vote by three million, the orange enemy of the people barely slipped by in the Electoral College, and thereby became the 45th President.

He truly has Made America Worse. But he does enjoy spreading his santorum all over the country and the world.

Not for much longer, I hope.

  • John Rook says:

Love that blunderbuss-like endorsement. No fashionable shibboleth left unmentioned. Why, though, did they not mention the Uigurs?

    • LiberateHK says:

For at least 100 years, no western country has ever seriously cared even an inch for the Xinjiang people. All of a sudden, it is politically trendy to rail on something that has an ugly shadow.. oh wait the US “wars” on terror and drugs that escape all sort of scrutiny. Need big boi Pompeo to point some fingers instead.

How about we mention the 5 trillion spent on the war on terror over the last decade that could’ve actually bloody helped the US population, not to mention musicians. Student loans? Yeah let’s not forget that again. Face the facts. The US government, no matter which party, does not care about its people.

  • SVM says:

Neither of the two big parties inspires any confidence. Neither of the two big parties is worthy of support. Time to seek a more deserving candidate/party.

    • Max Raimi says:

Next January, the President of the United States will be either Trump or Biden. If you truly believe that there won’t be more human suffering and needless death in a Trump administration, you are certainly entitled to reject them both as morally equivalent. But I would argue that you really haven’t been paying attention for the past four years.

      • Haydn70 says:

Max, I have been paying close attention to American politics for decades. What I have seen is the Democrat/liberal/leftist agenda destroying this country. But I am sure you an avid supporter of that agenda. So go right ahead Max, vote for Biden and, if there is a Senate race in your state vote for the Democrat and vote Democrat for the House seat. Then when the Democrats have the White House and all of Congress, get ready for your taxes to skyrocket to pay for single-payer health care, reparations, the Green New Deal, free college and other assorted insane leftist programs. Get ready for a ramped-up assault on free enterprise. Get ready for a continuing, ramped-up assault on Western culture the Left has been conducting for decades. Get ready for the further deterioration of race relations as the BLM thugs get increased credibility. Get ready for an increased influx of illegal aliens who will be made citizens ASAP so they can be registered as Democrats. Get ready for the continuing decay of the standards of civilized behavior. But you are a Democrat, so I am sure you are OK with all of that.

        • Max Raimi says:

I must not have noticed my taxes skyrocketing under the Clinton and Obama administrations. Maybe I just need to be a bit more observant. Or perhaps it is because I am not a hedge fund manager or real estate “mogul”.

        • nydo says:

Goodness, how the internet enables right wing loons…. “get ready for your taxes to skyrocket to pay for single-payer health care, reparations, the Green New Deal, free college and other assorted insane leftist programs”. The last time I looked, most of the advanced world had a better and more efficient health care system in place than the USA has had in the last couple decades. Reparations aren’t going to happen under either party; there isn’t much support for that in the democratic party if you actually look at the numbers. The green new deal is an opening volley at the fact that we actually need to do something to address climate change, rather than pretend it doesn’t exist. Lowering college costs; yep, just bringing us in line with the rest of the developed world. The only one insane here is the narrow minded bigots among us; perhaps actually addressing police violence instead of circling your wagons and pretending that it doesn’t exist would be a good start in terms of BLM. As for the rest of your post: just more ridiculous, non-fact based scare mongering by a right winger to drum up fear of the “other”.
Biden isn’t the ideal candidate, but at least there is some cognition of the problems we face as a country, instead of the complete denial accompanied by a tribal circling of the wagons by the Trumpistas here.

  • Greg Bottini says:

    As well they should.
People who vote for Trump have the right to do so, but they should realize that if they do, they are abetting and suborning racism, violence, criminal incompetence, corruption, and treachery at the highest levels.
Trump took an oath to protect and defend his country’s constitution. It comes as no surprise to me that he lied about that, too. Imagine trying to wreck your own country’s postal system so that votes from remoter neighborhoods can’t be counted! Despicable.
He has harmed his own people in ways that haven’t been seen since the reigns of Stalin or Pol Pot.
Bernie Sanders was right on the mark when he said: “While Rome burned, Nero fiddled. Trump plays golf.”
Prosecutions for the many crimes he has committed await him as soon as he is thrown out of office. Those asini Barr and Giuliani can’t get him off this time.
I can’t wait to see that fat orange traitor behind bars, along with the fat faces of all of his criminal co-conspirators.
Put that in your pipes and smoke it, MAGAts!!

    • Occamsrazor says:

Greg, if you only knew what substances have been smoked in my collection of pipes, you would laugh at yourself for trying to impress me by suggesting that I smoke another line of your liberal ad hominem.

      • Greg Bottini says:

Trying to impress YOU? Not bloody likely.
        Trump is no laughing matter.
The tangerine traitor is ruining the USA in ways that are painfully obvious to everyone around the world except the (fortunately) shrinking ranks of the MAGAts.
Perhaps it is overindulgence in the “substances (which) have been smoked in (your) collection of pipes” that has caused your brain to rot.
So please keep smoking, don’t wear a mask, and mingle closely with as many MAGAts as you can muster.

        • Occamsrazor says:

Greg, nobody smokes more freebase than Columbia University medical school students. Well, maybe Obama does, he looked pretty emaciated.
” The tangerine traitor is ruining the USA in ways that are painfully obvious to everyone around the world except the (fortunately) shrinking ranks of the MAGAts.” This was another mediocre, empty ad hominem. Before that you compared Trump to Hitler and Stalin.Uncle Joe is even more popular in Russia now than when he was alive. If not for Stalin and the Soviet army the entire world would be eating wiener schnitzel now. Now, how is Trump comparable to Hitler? I want facts.

          • Greg Bottini says:

I don’t want to get into a battle of wits with you, Occ.
You’re unarmed and it wouldn’t be a fair fight.
(If you want facts, stop watching Fox news and InfoWars and tune into NPR or PBS.)

          • Occamsrazor says:

Greg, not only that but I`ll march in gay parades alongside of NAMBLA like all the liberal politicians do. And you thought there is no pedophile mafia, didn`t you?Do you know the real stats on how many kids disappear in different countries? This is #2 business after narcotics. Ever hear anything about it on TV?

          • Haydn70 says:

Yeah, right, we will get unbiased takes from NPR and PBS. Dream on, Greg.

And you are the unarmed one in a battle of wits. You prove it with every one of your ridiculous posts. But please, don’t stop posting…the comedic value of your posts is too great.

Just got the letter from the Union saying the pension plan is insolvent and will go bust in 2035. Meanwhile, my non-musicians union retirement fund has been making lots and lots of money due to the stock market. So, the union is hoping for a bailout (“strengthening of the nations pension system”) by backing Biden/Harris?

    • NYMike says:

The AFM-EPF is one of MANY multi-employer pension funds that are all in trouble. Absent Congressional action and a sympathetic president, they’ll all fail. Government rules prevent pension funds from investing in the same way as private citizens.

    • Nydo says:

The main factor in the Musicians Union Pension
Fund (which is a national one, not a New York City one), is the extremely high multiplier they assigned retroactively in the high flying 90’s (4.65?), which effectively meant that for every 100 dollars that was contributed to the fund on our behalf until 2003 or so, you would receive about 55 dollars back annually, which would be fine if the fund kept growing like the market did before it crashed, and music jobs didn’t shrink. The actuaries didn’t seem to take any of that into account, and their appear to have been panic high risk moves that haven’t panned out in recent years. The union is actually calling for a vote for the party that might actually help them find a way out of this, since the Republicans would love to do away with the government helping anybody that isn’t a massive campaign donor, while pointing fingers at the “other” to keep the non thinking supporters from noticing what is actually going on. in regard to the other non-musician pension fund, have jobs shrunk in the field that it covers like they have in the music world, and were its benefits as high as the musician union in relationship to the money deposited into the fund?

  • Karl says:

They didn’t mention how Trump is stealing all the mailboxes to rig the election.

  • fflambeau says:

I love the Trumpera visual. GREAT!

He actually looks better in the full wig than with his orange toupe.

If he leads an orchestra, it will be one without women and minorities. Kind of like the old VPO.

  • JJC says:

As ever indeed. One- party rule is inherently corrupt and destructive and after 150 years of it in NYC, why can’t people see this? I gave up on the union long ago, they do not represent me or my professional needs. They are a ‘progressive’ political wannabe cabal that gives me the back of their hand but requires me to pay my dues on the way out.

  • Steve Proser says:

What a bizarre headline. Why would a musician’s trade union support a candidate who supports neither musicians or trade unions?

  • Ionut says:

Isn’t Trump a fan of Lola Astanova? How isn’t he a music lover?

  • E Rand says:

I don’t need a president who “knows the arts” (though I would love one who did). I want, and the country benefits from a president who fosters an economy that creates wealth in individuals who themselves sponsor artists and presenting organizations in the country. The people of the United States give more to charity than ANY other country. I want a president who protects that (in the form of keep the tax benefit of giving to charity).

    • Mick the Knife says:

      Well said!

    • V. Lind says:

Americans give to charity to get tax benefits. They give to charity because they will not PAY taxes. In other countries, if people give less to the charities THEY choose, it is because they pay taxes to support ALL people, not just their sick relatives, or the hospital that treated THEM.

Using charity as a cover is the most rightwing activity on the planet.

      • GREAT IDEA! says:

“Using charity as a cover is the most ‘LEFT’wing activity on the planet.”
        -V. Lind

By YOUR standards, Lincoln Center (home to the Metropolitan Opera) needs to have each of their 501c3 “PRIVILEGES“ REVOKED by President Trump since they have contributed to systemic FINANCIAL INEQUALITY!

It’s the only DECENT thing to do.

Particularly since Democrats CHOOSE to donate to organizations like this for exactly the same purposes, they are no better than those that both created legislation regarding charities and those who voted to codify it (including Dems).

How truly inspiring it would be for Leftists to completely stop donating to charities like this on “moral grounds” in support of Biden/Harris!!!

Or, Trump should direct the IRS to immediately fine and jail Democrats who engage in this “moral affront” and close ALL of those charities down immediately.

It’s a great way to arrest and prosecute Joe and Jill, Kamala and her family, Nancy Pelosi and her husband, Bill, Hillary and Chelsea, Barack and Michelle, AOC, Rasheda Taleeb, etc….

      • E Rand says:

Which do you prefer, V. Lind; the choice of where and to whom you give your charity, or the compulsory taking of your taxes (by force if necessary) by a central government who then wastes most of it on government middle-men before it makes its way to a destination not chosen by you?

      • William Safford says:

I get your point, but I think it’s a bit off the mark. You’re much closer, though, than the trolls.

In the U.S., being able to write charitable donations off of your taxes is part of the neoliberal compromise: instead of government money going straight to charitable organizations (whether food banks or orchestras), the tax money flows indirectly to them via the private charitable contributions.

I put this in the “it’s better than nothing” category.

Interestingly enough, the U.S. does have musical organizations that are 100% subsidized by taxes.

        They’re called service bands.

      • Hayne says:

Kudos to you Mr. Lind for the ability to know the thoughts of each person of the millions who contribute to charity. For those of you who don’t have his remarkable gift, I suggest reading some Tocqueville which was written before tax writoffs.

    • Kyle says:

I basically agree with you, but respectfully find your argument flawed.

You want a system that creates wealth in individuals so they can sponsor arts and want to protect that by keeping the tax benefit of giving to charity.

For the non-U.S. tax payers, I believe this is a reference to a bit of our annual tax calculation called the deduction. The deduction Is subtracted from your income prior to calculating how much tax you owe. In a nutshell, everyone can use the standard deduction, or you can keep track off all your financial stuff and use the itemized deduction if that ends up being a bigger number.

Charitable giving reduces your tax bill if you itemize. It does not lower the bill if you use the standard deduction. (Though the recent CARES Act put a $300 deduction for charitable giving in a different place in the tax calculation.).

Trump tax changes dramatically increased the standard deduction – while eliminating some other tax reducing things such as the personal exemption – which has two effects we care about for this discussion: 1.) it reduced taxes for a lot of people, though certainly not everyone 2.) made it so charitable contributions are effectively no longer tax deductible for many people.

So 1.) created, or at least kept more, wealth in the hands of individuals 2.) disincentivized charitable giving among people who don’t itemize.

But let’s be clear, a couple that can piece together an itemized deduction of around $25,000 (inclusive of charitable giving) will itemize the deduction. So major donors – and let’s be honest, they kind of matter more – are not at all disincentivized to give to charity.

People who can’t itemize may still give as much to charity as they wish, and in many cases they could give as they had been and still have more take-home income even without itemizing because of the deduction.

So back to the flaw I perceived in your argument. The tax benefit for giving to charity works exactly like it did before, but with different thresholds. In order to incentivize more people to give to charity through the tax code, you’d have to either change the way charitable giving works, or lower the standard deduction, reducing individual wealth.

Don’t worry, though. Unlike the permanent tax breaks Trump gave to corporations, the individual tax code will automatically revert to the old way in 2026. Many people consider it highly likely that a president Biden would make that reversion happen sooner.

      Regards.

Nixon? Read some 20th world history that covers Mao, the massacre of Rwanda, Armenia, Nangjing, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, the Ottoman Empire. Good grief!

    • Bruce says:

Fair enough. Nixon was more of a domestic criminal, although his entire presidency happened during the Vietnam War.

    • V. Lind says:

I think you’ll find Nixon’s fingerprints on Cambodia. And on napalm and Agent Orange canisters.

There are many worse, to be sure. But he’s in there.

    • William Safford says:

You deprecate the bombing of Cambodia, where more conventional explosives were dropped than by the Americans in WWII, mostly on noncombatants. And Agent Orange. And land mines. And so much more.

At first I agreed with you. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that Behrman has a point.

(I don’t agree with Truman being part of that list, but a discussion of that would take a long time to craft and would be very long, and not have much to do with music.)

      • Mick the Knife says:

The Cambodian Genocide involved nearly 2 million deaths from 1975 – 1979. Nixon was long out of office. Pol Pot backed up by Mao was the perpetrator. So, go back to agreeing with me.

    • Guest says:

Nixon was long gone when Pol Pot perpetrated the genocide of the Cambodians. The gist of your point is that an appreciation of classical music is not a required for leadership. Fine. You then support it with 4 cases. So far, so good. Your problem is the “clever” way of beginning with Hitler and Stalin – no one would disagree here – but and ending with Truman, and Nixon. This is where you muddy your original point about leadership/music with including a bad example probably meant to tweak Americans. Humility is the only protection from unbalanced scholarship. I don’t have a book to recommend for that.

      • Guest says:

As long as you insist that Nixon is a war criminal in the same group as Hitler and Stalin, you are a third rate intellectual, at best. But you do love the sound of your own verbiage so prattle on. Probably the difference between your highly skewed view of that period in American history compared to mine is that I read journalistic accounts of these events, as a university student, daily, as they transpired. You on the other hand, may have relied on other writer’s views of other writer’s views, all the while cherry picking the ones that support your biases. And what is that bias in this case? That Nixon was the Great American Boogey Man.

        • Simon Behrman says:

You still can’t deal with the point about Nixon and Cambodia. Perhaps I am a third rate intellectual, but you are evidently unable to engage in any serious argument. At least I own my opinions, whereas you hide behind anonymity. But, then, if I were as stupid as you, I would probably prefer to hide my identity too.

    • Hayne says:

Fair enough. Please list examples, not cheap rhetoric. BTW, I don’t care for either candidate. For me, Trump has shown to the average person the deep state runs this country. That goes for you all in UK also. A lot of his other policies, um same as both parties…

      • William Safford says:

If you believe that there is such a thing as a “deep state,” then you have drunk the Kool-Aid.

If you believe that the policies of the orange enemy of the people and his minions and enablers are no different from those of someone like Biden, then you aren’t paying attention, or you don’t care.

        Here’s some food for thought:

        https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/08/10/i-still-believe-president-president/

        • Hayne says:

I read the opinion piece of the Post. A lot of false reporting mixed in with it. Still, it is an opinion piece. The Washington Post was a part of Operation Mockingbird with the CIA. I should say is because it never went away.
WikiLeaks proves beyond any doubt the deep state running the country. You may call Wikileaks any pejorative you want but it has NEVER been proved wrong on the millions of data it has published.

          • William Safford says:

You just highlighted a fundamental problem in our country at this time in our history: the rejection of facts by most members of the Republican Party and its lemming followers.

Republicans and Democrats should be negotiating policy differences based upon the facts, and their relative approaches to how to address and handle those facts.

The discussion should be how to handle climate change, not lying about its existence. The discussion should be what steps are best to take to combat the coronavirus, not pretending that it does not exist or that it’s not important. Etc.

Instead, Republicans are using lies and baseless conspiracy theories, as well as race baiting and immigrant bashing, to accrue and hold onto power.

It’s hard to say which kind of racist xenophobic conspiracy-mongering politician is scarier: one who knows that he is lying and use the lies for cynical purposes, or a True Believer.

One major characteristic of the orange enemy of the people is his propensity for lying: well over 20,000 documented lies since his inauguration.

The problem for him: he lied and lied about the coronavirus, but the virus doesn’t care. One hundred seventy thousand deaths and millions of infections happened on his watch. These are facts, and they are still happening, no matter how much he tries to lie and obfuscate.

The Republican Party strongly resembles the “Know-Nothing” party of the 19th century: they build tribal through the acceptance of lies and falsehoods. So, too, the ever-shrinking old white base of the Republican Party has mostly united around lies and race pandering.

So, if your definition of “bureaucracy” is “deep state,” then yes, it exists. But is it some enormous conspiracy? No.

Did Wikileaks reveal certain abuses? Yes. Do they prove the existence of a “deep state?” Again, only if your definition is based on circular reasoning.

George Conway has done an effective job of backing up his opinion that the orange enemy of the people is unfit and unworthy of the office he hold, based on meticulously documented facts.

If I were to define Bach’s music as “nonmusical noise,” then that’s my definition of it, but my definition does not bear much correlation with reality.

Those gullible people who believe in “deep state” conspiracies (e.g. Qanon) are being deluded and defrauded by people who manipulate them for their nefarious purposes.

            Don’t be one of them.

        • Hayne says:

Wikileaks confirms the deep state in many of its postings. Wikileaks has NEVER been shown to be wrong on any of its millions of published data. Using pejoratives against it doesn’t negate it.
I read your article. It’s a mixture of truth and falsehoods. But it is an opinion piece after all. Washington Post is one of many propaganda outlets used by the CIA through Operation Mockingbird. My opinion is the operation never went away as the CIA says it did.

          • William Safford says:

Hayne: Your opinions are refuted by the facts.

For too many Republicans in this point in our history, facts do not matter. This supports the presence of the orange enemy of the people in the Oval Office.

You make my points for me.

        • Haydn70 says:

Yeah, great, refer us to a Washington Post opinion! The Washington Post AKA Pravda, D.C. Bill, you are endlessly entertaining with your leftist drivel.

          • William Safford says:

Haydn70: “It is a well known fact that reality has liberal bias.”

            ― Stephen Colbert

          • Haydn70 says:

William Safford: “Liberalism is totalitarianism with a human face.”

            -Thomas Sowell

          • William Safford says:

Haydn70: “Only the mob and the elite can be attracted by the momentum of totalitarianism itself. The masses have to be won by propaganda.”

            –Hannah Arendt

The orange enemy of the people is working hard (or at least as hard as he works at anything beyond self-aggrandizement), in conjunction with the likes of Faux News, to fulfill this.

  • Haydn70 says:

Back in 2008 when The Obamination was a presidential hopeful he had an interview with Rolling Stone magazine wherein he revealed his iPod playlist. Here we go:

    Stevie Wonder
    Bob Dylan
    Bruce Springsteen
    The Rolling Stones
Coltrane, a lot of Miles Davis, a lot of Charlie Parker
    The Grateful Dead
    Frank Sinatra
    Sheryl Crow
    Javanese flute music

My God, I am overwhelmed with his superb taste!! Who needs to listen to Bach or Beethoven or Bruckner when you can be lifted to incredible heights listening to “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours” and “Maggie’s Farm”?

    Regarding rap music he said:
“I am troubled sometimes by the misogyny and materialism of a lot of rap lyrics,” he said, “but I think the genius of the art form has shifted the culture and helped to desegregate music.”

Incredible how anyone could use the term “genius of the art form” in describing possibly the most musically bankrupt genre of popular music…popular music, a genre which, in itself, at its best, is musical fast food compared to Western art music.

Yeah, no philistines in the Democrat party…

    • William Safford says:

Yet a hip hop artist won the Pulitzer prize.

      Hmmmm….

BTW, there’s a lot to like on President Obama’s playlist, starting with “Coltrane, a lot of Miles Davis, a lot of Charlie Parker.”

      • Haydn70 says:

“Yet a hip hop artist won the Pulitzer prize.”

What’s your point? Awarding the Pulitzer to such garbage speaks volumes about the decay of standards…standards destroyed by the Left.

Charles Wuorinen had a spot-on response to that absurd award, stating that it constituted: “the final disappearance of any societal interest in high culture.”

        • William Safford says:

          My point? Here are five:

-Your opinion is not shared by many people, other than maybe certain reactionaries.

-I prefer Obama’s taste in music to that of many other people. There’s a lot to like on that list.

-There are no hip-hop artists on that list. I just can’t picture Ole Blue Eyes rapping to a beat.

-Compare and contrast the music for the two Obama inaugurations, to what was performed at the inauguration of the orange enemy of the people. By far the best music at the latter was supplied by the service bands–kudos to them. The rest? Feh.

-Re Wuorinen, I quote from Wikipedia: “Wuorinen has been criticized for being intolerant and hostile towards people with differing views on music in his writings.” The fact that you cite him seems to be in keeping with this ethos.

          • Haydn70 says:

This portion of the Wuorinen quote: “…being intolerant and hostile towards people with differing views…” perfectly applies to you.

          • William Safford says:

You mistake calling out intolerance, for intolerance itself.

Look in the mirror for the source of your intolerance.

    • Max Raimi says:

A lot of good music on that list. “Maggie’s Farm” is absolutely brilliant, among my favorite songs. I particularly love this stanza:
      “…I ain’t gonna work for Maggie’s Pa no more/
He puts out his cigar in your face just for kicks/
His bedroom window is made out of bricks/
The National Guard stands around his door…”
Unnervingly prescient, given the fortifications we see around the White House now.
Interesting that Trump is going to run as the “law and order” candidate. You don’t see those fortifications in capitol cities like Ottawa, or Copenhagen, or Taipei, where you have a society in order. And, of course, you didn’t see it when Obama was President. It was under Trump that our nation’s capitol started looking like Mogadishu and Baghdad.
So let me see if I have Trumps sales pitch correct: “On my watch, public disorder proliferated to levels not seen in a half century. So if you don’t like that sort of thing, be sure and vote for the guy who was in charge when it happened.”
      Best of luck with that.

      • Haydn70 says:

Ooooh Max, the depth and profundity of those lyrics! Overwhelming! And here I have been wasting my time reading William Carlos Williams, Yeats and Eliot. How foolish of me not to pay attention to the great Bob Dylan! After all he won the Nobel Prize! Just as Kendrick Lamar won the Pulitzer.

The Left has done a marvelous job destroying cultural standards. But I am sure you are more than perfectly fine with that.

        • Max Raimi says:

I feel your pain, Haydn. As someone once told me, “Yes, I’m a snob. But snobs have feelings too. In fact, we feel more!”

          • Haydn70 says:

And as a friend of mine who is a professional classical musician said to me: “For people in all fields of the fine and performing arts, constant virtue signaling is imperative.”

        • Max Raimi says:

          Mr. Haydn.
Is it really beyond your comprehension that someone can love both Yeats and Bob Dylan? I do.
There is a fascinating chapter in Charles Rosen’s “The Classical Style”, entitled “The Popular Style. Rosen explores how Haydn appropriated the folk music of his time, actual folk songs and melodies in the same style of his own invention, to forge the extraordinary works of his late period for which he is now most well known. His attitude of openness and affection for the popular music of his time is in stark contrast to your unthinking condemnation.
I am also reminded of a wonderful essay by Bartok in which he discusses the Croatian street bands that plied their trade in Vienna in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The characteristic instrument was a sort of a bagpipe, and Bartok heard distinct echos of it in the open fifth drone and sixteenth note flourishes that characterize the opening of the Finale of Haydn’s last symphony–and also the main theme of the first movement of Beethoven’s “Pastorale” Symphony.
If Haydn70 had been alive to know the real Franz Joseph Haydn, he would have found much to disapprove of. While it is a tough call, I think the screen name Haydn70 hides behind might be the most ludicrous thing about him.

          • Haydn70 says:

            Mr. Raimi:
I am a huge admirer of Haydn and have studied his life closely. As such, I don’t need you to give me a music history lesson about him…or Beethoven and Bartok for that matter.

Through the years I have heard the same tired BS from virtue-signaling classical musicians so eager to display their egalitarianism: “Haydn and Liszt and Composer A and Composer B used folk melodies, etc., etc., etc.” Big deal. The point is what they DID with such melodies, not the melodies themselves. And what they did with them no untrained folk musician could do. The result was art music not popular music.

          • Max Raimi says:

I guess you feel that if you work in the phrase “virtue signalling” you automatically win. So much easier than actually responding to the points that are made. The fact that Haydn (and Beethoven, and Bartok) had sufficient appreciation for folk material to use it in their music indicates a far more broad appreciation of the world than your sad little constipated world view could begin to imagine. I’m sorry, am I going too fast for you? No worries–just haul out the bit about virtue signalling again. It’s kind of like the Stones singing “Satisfaction”–hauling out your greatest hits. Except, of course, that “Satisfaction” has some merit. I’ll let you have the last word Haydn–I know you will have an infantile need to respond. I’ll use my time more productively.

On top of Trump winning in November, liberals will get their wish for having a Black woman president. In 2024 Candace Owens will assume her duties. I will vote for her with both hands.

    • William Safford says:

A Trump win in November is a good outcome, if fascism is one’s political orientation.

      • Occamsrazor says:

William, we are about to be vaccinated against our will like barn animals, based on a regular seasonal flu and you think that people`s biggest fear is to be called fascist by liberal hamsters?

      • LovePiano says:

Quite the opposite William. Modern liberalism with its cancel culture has many more traits in common with outright fascism than Trump ever will. The word “liberal” like the word “racism” has long lost its former meaning. What BLM/ Antifa continue to do in Portland and Seattle, have more in common with Hitler Jugend and Kristallnacht, than supposed struggle against systemic racism.

Trump will win and that will only be the beginning: with the demise/retirement of Ruth Bader Ginsberg the conservatives will have a 5-4 majority on SCOTUS. The new generation of the Democrat party will shift even more to the left, which will make them relevant only in California, NY, and couple of other states, and losing its main support base. Which, in turn, will lead to another GOP win in 2024, probably producing the first female POTUS (Nikki Hailey or Candace Owens). I do hope you can mentally and psychologically prepare for this. Leftist fascism and globalism will be defeated, it’s rotten and it’s breathing its last breath. And Trump is the only person who stood up against it. And will defeat them in November. Mark.My.Words.

      • Musicians for Trump says:

Biden is mentally unfit and doesn’t even realize what he’s running for.

Harris is just a wannabe black since she’s Indian and Asian.

However we can’t wait to see what the “experts, pollsters, professionals, media and leftist sheep” have to sarcastically assert THIS TIME.

        • William Safford says:

You make my point for me: the U.S. still has a huge problem with racism and bigotry.

          • LovePiano says:

The only problem the US has in the 21st century, is leftist intolerance, leftist fascism and brainwashing. A member of any race or color, can be racist. There are racist blacks as much as racist whites, and per capita, anti-white racism among blacks is probably at par or higher than anti-black racism among whites. Democrats use blacks to play the race card, only for political purposes, to keep them victims, because that way, they would be easier to control. Fortunately blacks are waking up to that fact. Trump is waking them up, and they know racism is not the problem. Black on black violence, fatherless families, mostly happening in Democrat-led states and cities IS the problem for the black community. NOT racism. For your own sake , prepare for a big Trump victory on November 3d. And unprecedented support of black voters ( much more than 2016). Meltdowns and fantasizing about collusions is not allowed this time. In the 21st century, anti-fascist means being anti-left.

          • Haydn70 says:

Excellent post, LovePiano! The problem is you presented FACTS to Billy and we know how leftists hate facts and simply ignore them. No doubt his response will be to quote some profound leftist thinker such as Bill Maher or John Oliver. Or, since your post is primarily about race, he may reference one of the primary leftist loons on the planet, Cornel West.

          • William Safford says:

You dig yourself deeper and deeper into self-indictment.

          • LovePiano says:

Oh William get over it, you’re not living in Stalinist Russia, what’s next, sending everyone who disagrees with you to gulags? Will four more years of Trump be too much to handle? I think you can do it. He represents HOPE for so many people. Unless you’re a Democrat or a libtard who loves misery. The reality is, the word “liberal” applies much more to conservatives of today, than it does to the fascist radical left. The Biden/Harris project will disintegrate in front of our eyes in the next 6 weeks. Trump will win, and he will win by a bigger margin than 2016.

          • William Safford says:

Funny that you should mention Russia.

America has a leader who is working diligently to dismantle democracy from within, for his own political, and, therefore, his own personal financial gain.

He is in the pocket of the Russian President, and admires Putin and other authoritarian and totalitarian leaders.

He wants America to become an authoritarian kleptocracy, in the image of Russia.

Do you enjoy being a collaborator with a corrupt wannabe-authoritarian regime?

Do you enjoy rejecting conservative principles, to support the cult of the orange enemy of the people?

Were you ever a conservative? Have you betrayed your own principles, or have you always been an “alt-right” white nationalist like your leader?

So, do you hope for the dismantling of American democracy?

You may hope for that. I do not.

          • LovePiano says:

Oh dear, Russia collusion hoax again 🙂 Do you also believe in Santa Claus? Facts don’t care about your feelings, William. In the last 50 years, Beijing Biden has been in the pocket of the highest bidder, nowadays of course, it’s China, and corrupt circles in Ukraine.
Also, I don’t consider myself a conservative. A sizable number of Trump supporters are previously Democrat-voting individuals like myself, who’ve had it with Obama’s lies, wars, corruption and empty rhetoric. Tired of the Clintons’ murders in Haiti and Libya. They are tired of George Bush’s murderous rampage in Iraq and Afghanistan. So we took a venture on a man who was NOT a politician, who was NOT connected to the elites of both parties sucking the blood of hard-working citizens. And boy we were 100% right. We will reelect Donald Trump, get used to it. And if you thought the last 3.5 years were too much real change for you, just wait what will happen in the next 4. The new dawn of American civilization: whether you like it, or not 🙂

          • William Safford says:

I am not surprised that you do not consider yourself a conservative. Most true conservatives have rejected the santorum that the orange enemy of the people is trying to force-feed to the populace.

He is not a conservative, although he plays one on tv. He betrays almost all conservative principles, just as he leads a life diametrically opposite to the morals and mores of the evangelical whites who shamelessly are his most fervent supporters.

            So, what is he?

            He is a white supremacist.

            He is profoundly corrupt.

In all likelihood he is also a Russian asset–probably an unwitting one, which somehow seems entirely appropriate.

You support a corrupt Russian asset white supremacist.

What does that say about you?

          • LovePiano says:

Nahhhh, you have to try another accusation, no one is taking the words white supremacy and racism seriously anymore, especially since Trump got elected. And fascist Democrats throw them around just to silence the opposing views.
Unless of course you identify yourself as a libtard, meaning you need psychiatric help, because as I said above, being a radical leftist is a form of mental impairment, where you see everything around you crooked, and you lie, as long as the lie satisfies your crooked view of the world.
The true racists in the US today are the radical left Democrats, you being one of them. For your political interests and by throwing around such words and inciting hatred, you want to keep black Americans weak, frustrated, and blaming all their problems on racism and white supremacy. So that you can control them, use them, for your political interests.

You see, it’s not working anymore. Trump is waking up black Americans. And myself, as the son of a biracial couple, I’ve seen this first hand, this ploy of Democrat racism, bigotry and hypocrisy. This is exactly why Trump will win in November. Because Democrat funded and organized Black Lives Matter don’t care about all black lives. They don’t care about the black police officers shot and killed. They don’t care about the weekly massacre of blacks happening in Democrat-run Chicago, at the hands of other blacks. They only care about the ones who they can use against Trump. The ones who they can use to control African Americans.

The ploy has failed. The secret is out. People are waking up. The problem ain’t white supremacy or racism. The problem today, is Leftist Radical Democrat supremacy. And Trump is fighting against it. And with God’s will, he will destroy them come November 3d. With our help.

          • William Safford says:

So, you are a white supremacist.

            And self-loathing.

            How sad.

          • LovePiano says:

You can call me anything you want, that’s your mental problem, and I can’t help you with that, you should get urgent help for TDS, because he will be your president for another four years (at least ).
I am a proud Patriot and a (now former) Democrat. Period. And I don’t want your Marxist-Socialist supremacist type to destroy this country. Trump will and should win. Bigly.

          • William Safford says:

You’re proud of yourself for the hatred and the white supremacy that you espouse and support. You are proud to support those who betray the United States to foreign powers, who subvert the Constitution, who want to end the noble experiment that is American democracy. You’re proud to claim that you are a patriot while supporting everything unpatriotic about the current Administration and the current Republican Party.

            Got it.

Oh, as for your attempt at a slur at me and at all those conservatives and liberals, men and women, whites and non-whites, straight and LGBTQ, and more, who call out the corruption, hypocrisy, and the white supremacy of the orange enemy of the people and his enablers, here’s a fun piece of trivia.

Guess who was a correspondent with Karl Marx, who paraphrased Marx in his speeches, and who appreciated much of what Marx stood for?

            President Lincoln.

            https://www.washingtonpost.com/history/2019/07/27/you-know-who-was-into-karl-marx-no-not-aoc-abraham-lincoln/

          • LovePiano says:

I see increasing panic and desperation in your posts, William. It should be the recent poll numbers?

Since Bush Senior, democracy was slowly but surely being stolen from the American people. Washington corruption, the Deep State, globalist forces, warmongering neocons were at the zenith of their powers during Bush Jr. but especially during the criminal corrupt and racist Obama-Biden regime. To put the last nail in the coffin of American Democracy, Hillary was a sure bet. No one thought that the American people will rise and actually decide otherwise. And we elected Trump, the People’s president. Take your Marx and shove it in your stinky filthy Marxist behind. America First will be the motto in the next while, and not Marx, enough is enough.

The future of America will be decided IN America BY Americans. Our objective is not only winning this election (which Trump will win 100%) . Our objective is the eradication of the Marxist-Socialist hold on media and universities (by cutting federal and other funding to the ones which won’t cooperate), the erasing of political correctness, freedom of speech and making your ideology , a laughable fringe ideology, rather than one that wants complete control on our minds and our lives.

Trump will do it, trust me. And when he brings back his pre-coronavirus amazing minority employment and economic numbers sometime in 2021 , he will go down as the best US president in the last 100 years, only matched by JFK and Reagan. But we want another star candidate for 2024 (perhaps another Trump?) We’re in this for the long haul, but you still have trouble understanding that.
Get ready for this. And We’ll celebrate together on November 4th.

PS please don’t bring up your liberal fantasy of Trump being anti LGBTQ, a racist, a white supremacist. In the year 2020 you have to be a true left wing supremacist to believe that fairy tale. Nobody’s buying that anymore, it’s laughable

          • William Safford says:

Do you actually believe in all of that, or are you knowingly and cynically repeating the lies to show your support of the orange enemy of the people and his corrupt, Russian-infiltrated anti-democratic administration?

Oh, I thought that the Marx reference would push your buttons. Facts have a way of doing that to prevaricators.

Does it make you uncomfortable that the Republican hero Lincoln had socialist leanings?

Does it make you uncomfortable that Lincoln had regard for the common man?

Do you feel any cognitive dissonance, that you support an ersatz-populist, failed-elitist, faux-billionaire, serial-bankrupt, anti-American President, who embodies and performatively enacts the very corruption and racism that you desperately attempt to assign to Obama and Biden?

          • LovePiano says:

I’m also amazed but not surprised, that while accusing others of white supremacy, you support Biden, who has been a segregationist numerous times in his 50 year career. Biden who built cages with Obama, to put migrants in them (while accusing Trump of doing so).
I’ll do you a favor, print this and look at it everyday until November 3:

A vote for Trump is a vote for jobs. A vote for Biden is a vote for mobs.

A vote for Trump is a vote for law and order. A vote for Biden is a vote for chaos, riots, anarchy and disorder.

A vote for Trump is a vote for growth and prosperity. A vote for Biden is a vote for stagnation, poverty, and disparity.

A vote for Trump is a vote for small businesses and fewer regulations, a vote for Biden is a vote for global corporations and crippling regulations.

A vote Trump is a vote for controlled legal immigration. A vote for Biden is a vote for massive illegal immigration.

A vote for Trump is a vote for America. A vote for Biden is a vote for globalization and against America.

          • William Safford says:

Liars often embed small grains of truth in the lies, in desperate attempts to pass off the big lies as true.

Observant people parse out the truths and call liars on their lies.

Exhibit A: your attempt to paint Biden as a racist, based on certain policy positions that Biden took many decades ago.

Fast forward to today, and we see that Biden has near-unanimous support from the Black community. They see through the lies.

Biden has earned their support, especially in his support of our most recent ethical, good, honest, moral, brilliant, and respectable leader, Obama.

One thing that galls the orange enemy of the people, is that he will never be the mensch that Obama is. He will never be the intellect that Obama is, and he will never be the President that Obama was.

Deep down inside, he knows that he will never be the equal of a Black man. This makes him feel very small.

It’s no wonder that he lashes out with his toddleresque Twitter temper tantrums.

Oh, and he will never be awarded the Novel Peace Prize, at least not until and unless it can be purchased by him.

It eats away at the orange enemy of the people’s innards. We see this with everything from his racist birther scam, to his petty and pathetic attempts to dismantle all the good that Obama did while President.

I’ll do you a favor, print this and look at it everyday until November 3:

A vote for Biden is a vote for hope for the future. A vote for Trump is an act of despair and nihilism.

A vote for Biden is a vote for the multicultural, pluralistic future of America. A vote for Trump is a revanchist vote for the ever-shrinking white supremacist Christian racist populace. (Not all Christians are white supremacists by any means, but the vast majority of white supremacists label themselves Christian, despite how they abjectly fail to live up to Christian ideals.)

A vote for Biden is a vote for law and order. A vote for Trump is a vote for chaos, riots, anarchy and disorder–because he’s fomenting this on purpose for his own political gain.

A vote for Biden is a vote for growth and prosperity. He will help fix the stagnation, poverty, and wealth disparity already caused and/or exacerbated by Trump.

A vote for Biden is a vote for small businesses and wiser regulations. A vote for Trump is a vote for a continuation of official corruption into a second term.

A vote for Biden is a vote for Social Security. A vote for Trump is a vote for the evisceration of Social Security.

A vote for Biden is a vote for health care. A vote for Trump is a vote against health care, in the middle of a pandemic.

A vote for Biden is a vote for controlled legal immigration. A vote for Trump is a vote for xenophobia and the evisceration of the rule of law.

A vote for Biden is a vote for America. A vote for Trump is another vote for Russia. The first one was 2016, of course.

A vote for Biden is a vote for a focused and effective approach to combating the pandemic. A vote for Trump is a vote for death.

A vote for Biden is a vote for American liberal democracy. A vote for Trump is a vote for fascism.

A vote for Biden is a vote for meritocracy. A vote for Trump is a vote for kakistocracy.

          • LovePiano says:

Your desperation and frustration is showing. Your Goebbelsian tendencies of
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it”, are all too obvious. In a way I feel bad for you: You’re a victim, not the culprit. Years of brainwashing have done their damage.
Today is September 1. In the next six weeks we will witness the total collapse of the Biden-Harris project. And you yourself will laugh at the things you’ve written above, about the segregationist. Trump’s debates against the enemy will be especially entertaining. We’ll meet here again, and see who was right and who was wrong. If you only get out of your CNN-NYTimes-MSNBC bubble, you should be alarmed as to which direction America’s enemy’s polling is going. And this time around, no sore loser hoax excuses like “Russia collusion”, “Trump cheated”, is allowed.
Because again, this is not an election, this is war against your kind, against leftist-Marxist supremacy. And there are no rules in a war. The Shostakovich Leningrad Symphony should be great musical background to this war, because as I said, leftist supremacists are the new Nazis. And on November 3d Trump will humiliate the Biden-Obama-Clinton-BLM-Antifa-Soros-Gates-MSM anti-American, anti-human racist mafia.

And patriots will win this war, get the 5-4 SCOTUS majority. Leftist supremacy will be eradicated from the US. Sit back and enjoy the dismantling.

          • William Safford says:

            You invoked Godwin’s Law.

You make clear that you cannot sustain your positions based on facts and informed opinion.

Like any beta, you follow who you perceive as the strong alpha personality. Yet you’ve chosen a leader with a proven track record of failure at almost everything he does. His companies endured six bankruptcies. His daddy had to bail him out multiple times. His casinos closed. He never did build his Trump Tower in Moscow. Even when he was elected President, he failed to earn the popular vote.

You are also neck-deep in the right wing wacko-bird conspiracy swamp.

            Or, you’re a troll.

I recommend that you take to heart the following advice from the Bible:

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

            –Matthew 7:3-5

It’s not too late for you. You can redeem yourself. But you need to take that step.

          • LovePiano says:

Once again , Facts don’t care about your feelings, William. And who cares about the popular vote, when Electoral College has been at the roots of the founding of America? But wait, what if he also wins the popular vote this year? I hear even New York and California are in play? Then what will you come up with? Meltdown? Nervous breakdown? Declarations of how you hate America? How it is the most racist country in the world? Perhaps that’s why you’re seeking to redeem yourself by bringing up bible verses now. A bit desperate. I guess you went to the Antifa beta school of trolling.

The hatred you have for the man who is patiently fixing your brain since 2016, is not surprising. But you will need four more years of it, (at least), so that you are completely cured. Even the Bible will not help you. In the meantime, you can shout daily in your crib, how everyone who doesn’t agree with you is a troll, a racist, is anti-LGBTQ, anti-black, anti-humanity. But come November 4 when you realize that you will live at least another four years in OUR America, your brain will either explode of anger and hate, or will see the orange light. Until then, you can start all the way back from reading the Book of Genesis again, while we march on to victory. A victory which will be 1000 times sweeter than the one in 2016. You wait and see.

          • William Safford says:

You are absolutely correct about something: facts do not care about your feelings. You just screwed up the pronoun referent.

So, are you a troll, or do you believe all the hate and all the lies that you espouse?

            Which is it?

          • LovePiano says:

            C’mon man… Look, here is the deal…you know… the thing… COVID has taken this year, more than 100 years…you’re a lyin’ dog-faced pony soldier…

This ain’t a troll, these are the greatest quotes from Sleepy who needs reminders every day that he is running for President (not Senate).

As for me, I am actually a stable genius, thank you very much. How about you?

PS Incidentally, Balakirev’s Islamey goes well with hummus and tabbuleh, try it tonight and let me know

          • William Safford says:

I recommend a good text editor. Your comment was nearly as incoherent as tweets by the orange enemy of the people.

Better yet, I again recommend therapy for you. And, if you’re so inclined, religious counseling, or some form of moral counseling.

            You would benefit from it.

          • LovePiano says:

Incoherent? Therapy? Moral and religious counselling? So insulting. Why are you accusing your amazing candidate Sleepy Joe Hiden’ of all these things? After all, my last message was direct quotations straight from the mouth of your great candidate. and the PS was exactly what Joe would say if he had any idea about music.

            “you’re a lyin’ dog-faced pony soldier”

Please have more respect, be more sensitive, and stop it with your ageism. We , and the AFM in NY love Joe

          • William Safford says:

I’m calling you out on your insulting posts.

You insult yourself by your own words.

If you want incoherence in speech, just read any word-for-word transcript of the orange enemy of the people.

But you know this already. Deep down inside yourself, you know that you are supporting evil.

That’s why therapy would be beneficial for you: to get to the root of your desire to align yourself with someone as clearly damaged as the orange enemy of the people.

You would benefit from it. Get help.

          • LovePiano says:

Insult begets insult, so I’m calling you out on your racism and bigotry of keeping African Americans enslaved by defending Democrat tactics and policies of keeping them weak, feeling like victims, powerless. Defending the candidacy of a man who is clearly a segregationist. Get rid of your racist liberal privilege. You are indoctrinated with true evil, sadly you don’t even realize it.
The choice is yours now. But after November 3d you will not even have that choice: After we win this war, in the next four years Trump Administration will truly liberate African Americans from the Democrat plantations in Baltimore, NY, Detroit and other places by cutting federal funding until fascist Democrats finally start serving the people, rather than pseudo-Marxism corruption and hypocrisy.

          • William Safford says:

You continue to make yourself look foolish. You have added evil to that.

Stop supporting the Russian propaganda line. Learn to think for yourself. Let go of evil.

But you are right about one thing: after November 3rd, if the orange enemy of the people wins, I will never have another opportunity to make a choice for President.

If the orange enemy of the people is reelected, democracy in America will, in all likelihood, die.

            That is what you want.

            I do not.

          • LovePiano says:

William , it’s not IF, it’s WHEN President Trump is reelected, you have couple of months to make travel-moving arrangements, if you’re that scared of this prospect. Marxist-Socialist indoctrination , that you’re a victim of, has got to stop. We have to get Senate majority plus Supreme Court 5-4 or 6-3 majority. Half a century of Democrat and (to a lesser extent) Republican corruption and lies have got to stop. This is a historical chance to clean up Deep State and their BLM/Antifa allies for generations to come.My prediction is,after their loss, the Democrat Socialist party will move further left and lose relevance, and a third party might appear on the political horizon. What Obama, Biden, the Bushes and the Clintons did to this country for 30 years, is unforgivable. This is our Alamo, and with 2-3 times more blacks voting for Trump, 2-3 times more Hispanics voting for Trump, and the patriot white vote, we will propel Trump to the presidency. We’re just fixing the damage, that’s all.

          • William Safford says:

I truly think you would be happier in Russia than here. Its authoritarian and official-corruption model of government is much more up your alley.

I recommend that you move there. You’ll be much happier there, than you will be here under a President Biden, who will rebuild what the orange enemy of the people has attempted to undermine, and who will strengthen the liberal democracy that is the U.S.

          • LovePiano says:

President Biden was actually the funniest thing you’ve said so far, I had to laugh, has he shattered the record of 6 people at his rally yet? Remember Madame President? How did that turn out for you?

Since China comes closest to your authoritarian Marxist school of thought, we’ll put you on the next plane with Beijing Biden, he should be able to find a job for you at the CCP.
Once again, mark my words: President Trump, who is YOUR president as well, will get 2-3 times more black votes than in 2016, 2 times more votes from Hispanics than in 2016, win electoral College, and probably win the popular vote as well, this time around or come close to it. Because liberals have always been sore losers, they will come up with some sorry hoax excuse as to why they lost: voter suppression, Russia collusion, UFO collusion, the postman was drunk, so mail-in ballots weren’t delivered, etc etc. Point is, don’t try to suppress the voices of 65 million white, black, mixed, Hispanic, Asian, other minority and LGBTQ Americans who truly believe in the President, who truly believe that he has saved them from Democrat Party dictatorship, corruption and authoritarianisn, who truly believe that he is building a much better America than the Obamas, Clintons and Bushes of this world. A more peaceful world with no wars, proxy or otherwise.

Trump will win. You being in your mainstream media bubble, you don’t understand and realize at what level the enthusiasm for President Trump is, this time around. He is truly the People’s President. The enthusiasm as a reaction against the racist and fascist BLM/Antifa riots. Reaction against draconian China virus restrictions.
This will be a spectacular win.Because for you, it might be an election, for us this is war.

          • LovePiano says:

To add on what I said earlier: ” If God is for us, who can be against us”. I firmly believe that God has been on President Trump’s side. Or else we couldn’t have made the miracle of November 2016 possible, against all odds. He couldn’t have won against the disgusting ploys of the mainstream media and the Democrat Socialist mob. God is on our side when we win November 2020 against the corrupt, evil and satanist Democrat liberals.

          • William Safford says:

How much you are like the orange enemy of the people.

The Orange One betrays all that Jesus stood for. So do his minions.

He receives blandishments from so-called Christians such as you (if you are one), who, like you, also betray all their Christian values in a bargain with the devil to accrue raw political power.

Yet again you damn yourself with your own words. Yet again you expose your essential hypocrisy.

Will you flee to Russia with the orange enemy of the people, after Biden is elected? You know that the the orange enemy of the people will at least attempt to escape prosecution in the United States for his crimes.

Oh, and it probably will not be the Federal government that charges the Orange One, at least at first. It will be the state governments, starting with New York.

Just watch: the Orange One will flee to exile in Russia, to escape justice, or he will be captured trying to do so.

            You read it here first.

          • LovePiano says:

I really think you should sue CNN for mental abuse and brainwashing over the last four years. You’d have a good case. The only thing you’ve got left is the Russia hoax it seems. Sad.
I really feel bad for you, you seem to mean well but your thinking is so distorted that the only thing which will save you would be shock therapy starting with the big win on November 3d. At least 65 million voters will hand it to Trump, and the 2016 win will be dwarfed in comparison. Some people might call it Red Tsunami , I am OK with Orange Tsunami.
Would you be OK if Trump is added on Mount Rushmore by the way, if you don’t want him to get the Novel Prize? Seems fair and South Dakota’s gorgeous governor seems to agree.

          • William Safford says:

So, tell me–do you marinate in Faux News? Or is the propaganda of One America more of your fringy style? Or, is it the paranoia of InfoWars that turns your crank?

Or, dare I say it–do you take your commands directly from your darling leader’s leader, Putin? Then you must be an aficionado of the RT network.

Or, maybe all of the above.

            That explains a lot.

Definitely book your flight to Moscow now. That’s where you want to be, along with your fleeing leader, the orange enemy of the people.

          • LovePiano says:

If you seek the truth you shall find it. It was merely the presence of the Donald who woke up this ex-Democrat, no need for any fake news mainstream media outlet including Fox News. The only flight booked is in January 2021, to Washington DC, to celebrate Trump inauguration, to start the new dawn of American civilization while you and other Democrat minions suffer a meltdown. We will re-educate you. And your party will be marginalized in our country’s political life and only become relevant in the California, New York and maybe Oregon, where re-educating and curing libtardism will take a bit more time.

          • William Safford says:

You’re funny. That said, don’t quit your day job–at least until it’s time for you to move to Moscow, along with the orange enemy of the people as he escapes justice.

          • LovePiano says:

Nahhh. After he gets reelected he will get the Nobel Peace Prize and travel to Norway.
So tell me, when he gets reelected, what’s your Plan B for the next four years? Are you the type who cries quietly? Or do you suffer nervous breakdowns usually. Did you cry when we kicked Hillary’s ass? Tell us your story, I might be able to prepare you for November 3d

1- Wall will be completed and painted.Zero illegal immigration.
2- Coronavirus will become irrelevant because no need for media to politicize it.
3- Muslim immigration from terror countries all time low.
4 Economic boom starting 2021 spring
5- Peace in the Middle East, effective end of Muslim terrorism.
6- At least 5-4 Conservative majority in SCOTUS
7- Dismantling of Antifa and BLM, two racist terrorist organizations
8 Freedom of speech at US Universities where right wing and left wing have equal rights, or funding gets cut

Tell me, what’s wrong with any of the above? Enlighten us, instead of repeating Russia, Putin, Russia, Putin like an untalented parrot. Didn’t you get tired of repeating the same thing since November 2016, with absolutely no result??? Hehehehehe

          • William Safford says:

I don’t know how the orange enemy of the people is going to be able to accomplish any of that from a jail cell.

He certainly didn’t accomplish much of it in the first four years. He did manage to arrange for a few scraps of wall to be built. They are already collapsing, and being cut away and infiltrated by undocumented immigrants. There have already been arrests concerning corruption and fraud connected to the few pitiful parts that were built.

It’s a microcosm of his entire Presidency: ineffectual, corrupt, and a failure.

Or, how will he continue his failed presidency from Moscow, which is where he will flee?

          • LovePiano says:

oh poor Willie. You didn’t tell us, will you cry when the Trumpslide happens on November 3? Madam President? remember that?Remember on election day 2016, she has a 92% chance to win? hahahahaha
The more you marinate yourself in these assumptions by CNN, NY Times and other tabloids , The better you will taste when we roast you on election night. It will be a YUGE victory for the people’s president. We want to change the country for the next 50years. We want a country where you will have no space , if you’re not complacent to the foundations of this country: Life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. And life includes unborn babies. Understand?

          • William Safford says:

A comment that is a propos to the orange enemy of the people’s relationship with his leader Putin:

“Nobody looks good with brown lipstick on.”

            –Frank Zappa

          • LovePiano says:

a propos to your entire libtard existence:
            “you lying dog-faced pony soldier”
            – Joe Biden ( failed presidential candidate)

          • William Safford says:

Speaking of soldiers, just remember that you support Cadet Bone Spurs, who was too pusillanimous to serve in the military.

          • LovePiano says:

Because God’s plan for him was to LEAD the military years later. Commander in Chief, for the last four and another four years, how do you like that? Ostentatious enough for you? Commander in Chief who is finally bringing peace to the Middle East and Afghanistan. Commander in Chief who decimated Muslim terrorism , which was covertly aided by Obama, McCain and Clinton.

          • William Safford says:

Oh, God has nothing to do with the orange enemy of the people being in the White House even after having lost the popular vote by three million votes.

            Perhaps Satan does…

          • LovePiano says:

I firmly believe Trump is chosen by God to eliminate globalism, Deep State, liberal-Marxism, and the cabal , all creations of Satan. God is on our side, it has been on our side since November ’16. I can’t wait until I hear the words: Donald Trump has been reelected as President of the United States of America. I have not one ounce of doubt, that we will win. And we will crush the enemy. If you thought 2016-2020 was rough on your libtard brain, just wait what will happen 2021-2028. You ain’t seen nothing yet.

          • William Safford says:

You make clear that you have chosen the side of Satan against that of the light.

If you are a believer, then you need to fear for your immortal soul.

Have you booked your flight to Moscow yet? You want to flee with Cadet Bone Spurs, after your Glorious Leader loses in November.

But if you do go to Moscow, you’d better watch out about your support of a satanic cult. They frown upon that sort of thing over there.

Maybe Beijing will suit you better. You are attracted to totalitarians. You were a red diaper baby, after all. Deep down you believe: better red than dead. They don’t like organized religion, but they’d probably tolerate a satanist.

          • LovePiano says:

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dead. May she RIP. My predictions are coming true much before than I expected them to. 5-4 conservative majority confirmed but we want 6-3 majority, John Roberts has got to go. But that’s a small detail.
Point is, this is a game changer, and Thomas, be afraid of my predictions. Step by step we are proceeding to dismantling your liberal-neocon system of corruption and lies. There are a number of challenges ahead, we have to defeat the democrat cheat by mail efforts. But I have no doubt, NO DOUBT, that President Trump will win the fight against the evil enemy, and will prevail and will be reelected!!!

          • William Safford says:

So, is it Beijing or Moscow for you?

That’s where you should be, once Biden is elected and the orange enemy of the people is in jail or exile.

          • LovePiano says:

It’s Washington DC. January ’21, for Trump’s inauguration, with a 5-4 clear Supreme Court majority, GOP Senate and House.
I don’t even know where you will be, but I’m worried for you and many libtards. The desperation is showing especially after RBG’s death and Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination. 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court. We will dismantle evil leftism. Step by step. You wait and see

          • William Safford says:

You have made clear your desire to bring fascism to America.

The people, however, support Biden in greater numbers than the orange enemy of the people.

Just watch–the orange enemy of the people will flee, once Biden enters office. He cannot pardon himself for all the crimes he committed in New York State and other parts of the country. He’s too cowardly to stand trial, and he knows that he’ll end up in jail, or die of old age while still in custody and during trial.

I hope you’re learning Russian. Or Mandarin. You’ll need it when you follow him into exile.

          • LovePiano says:

since the Campaign began Biden has attracted a grand total of 64 people to his events. Mostly journalists. And claiming that 200 million died during the pandemic so far, lol.
            Trump? He’s killing it! 116,000!!!
What popularity are you talking about? The popularity is only in your imagination and in the imagination of the fake news media. Now that RBG croaked , there will be even more excitement in the GOP base, while libtards are getting more desperate, her passing would ‘t have come at a better moment. Trump-House-Senate-SCOTUS! Next 40 days will change America for the next 20 years or more. And you”ll still be in your crib shouting Moscow-Beijing-Impeachment, not comprehending what happened. Patriots are winning. God is on our side. Not yours.
So remember: by October 15, the Harris-Biden project will be in a free fall, and total collapse.Even fake new polling will start showing it. Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio are Trump country. Wisconsin , Arizona, Nevada need a bit more work, but they’re almost there. We are going for the big win, while Biden is taking naps in his basement. ZERO energy!

          • William Safford says:

Since the Campaign began the orange enemy of the people has infected many people at his events. He killed Herman Cain. And claiming that 200 million died during the pandemic so far: Trump! He’s killing them! Over 200,000!!!
What popularity are you talking about? The popularity is only in your imagination and in the imagination of the fake right wing propaganda. Now that RBG passed away, there will be even more excitement in the Democratic base, while white supremacists are getting more desperate, her passing wouldn‘t have come at a worse moment for the Republicans. Next 40 days will change America for the next 20 years or more. And you’ll still be shouting from either Moscow or Beijing, not comprehending what happened. Patriots are winning. God is on our side. Not yours.
So remember: by October 15, the white supremacist fascist project will be in a free fall, and total collapse. Even Faux News polling is showing it. Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio are Biden country. Wisconsin , Arizona, Nevada need a bit more work, even Texas is almost there. We are going for the big win, while the orange enemy of the people is stealing money from the American people, consorting with Russians, and killing his supporters with COVID-19. He can’t even walk down a ramp without help–ZERO energy!

          • LovePiano says:

Hahahahahaha, nothing left to say, ha? Poor libtard. From your intellectual heights of weeks ago, I’ve brought you down to a whiny kid in the playground who copies everyone, because he doesn’t have a developed brain.

          • William Safford says:

Oh, there is much left to say. I merely highlighted how little you have to say.

Now, please address why you support an accused rapist and admitted sexual molester.

            I dare you.

          • LovePiano says:

Hahahahahahaha, you’re so desperate, now you’re bringing up #metoo propaganda? That got very very old, no one takes that seriously anymore, you achieved your peak with those unfounded accusations sometime in 2016 before the election, people laugh at that now, just like they laugh at Russia collusion hoax, Ukraine hoax, impeachment hoax, BLM hoax. You should concentrate at your candidate’s hair sniffing of kids and sexual assaults on Tara Reade. He is going down! And fast! First collapse after first debate, total collapse by October 15. Mark. My . Words. We’re winning.

          • William Safford says:

You know that the accusations against your idol, the orange enemy of the people, are true.

So, do you admire him *because* he is an accused sexual molester and rapist?

          • LovePiano says:

There is ZERO truth to the accusations, they are made up tales, just like the Russia dossier was hoax, the Ukraine phonecall was hoax and many many others invented by the Deep State-mainstream media mafia.
With Amy Coney Barrett on SCOTUS, the election is in the bag now. Prepare your bags. You don’t like our America? You can leave

          • William Safford says:

            Oh, the allegations are true.

The orange enemy of the people is hemorrhaging money. He is deeply in debt. He is a credibly-accused rapist and sexual molester, and is being sued by multiple women in connection with these facts.

He should have been removed from office, after the facts of his corruption in his attempt to blackmail Ukraine were proved. Only the corruption and cravenness of Republican Senators kept him in office.

The orange enemy of the people is going to be in serious legal trouble once he’s out of office in January, 2021.

He is being sued by businesses, women he allegedly raped and sexually abused, and even by his niece whom he defrauded.

He is facing hundreds of millions of dollars of debts coming due as soon as 2022. He is selling everything he can to try to generate the cash to pay off his creditors. He isn’t rich enough to pay off his creditors.

He is facing a possible $100 million fine by the IRS, maybe even more.

Just watch him try to stiff as many of his creditors as he can, as he has done in the past.

But he can’t stiff the IRS–except maybe by going into exile.

He is facing criminal charges on numerous fronts.

            That barely scrapes the surface.

You know what? Maybe the orange enemy of the people should not go to Moscow. Maybe he is in debt to Russian oligarchs. They may not take kindly to being stiffed by him.

Maybe they’ll arrange for him to be murdered, if he tries to stiff them, as he has stiffed so many of his other creditors.

It’s no wonder why he wants to stay in office: maybe he needs the Secret Service protection, to protect him from his creditors!

The orange enemy of the people may be safer spreading his santorum in an American jail. Or perhaps Beijing. Or even Pyongyang.

Can you fly to Pyongyang? I don’t think so. You may be out of luck trying to follow him into exile.

          • LovePiano says:

So William Safford? How does it feel? FOUR MORE YEARS OF PRESIDENT TRUMP! When I told you we will win, drmocracy will win! I can’t wait for the next 4 years. They will be glorious

          • William Safford says:

Congratulations to Joseph Robinette Biden for being the President-Elect!

Congratulations to Kamala Harris for being the Vice President-Elect! The first Black VP! The first woman VP! The first VP of Asian descent!

Speaking of Asia, will you follow the Orange Loser into exile there? Or somewhere else? Just make sure to choose a country without an extradition treaty….

  • Occamsrazor says:

Could you inform me how Stalin was a war criminal? Judging from your name you are Jewish and so am I for the most part. If not for Stalin and Russian army, both of us would be a bar of soap today.

    • Simon Behrman says:

Stalin’s Red Army raped and pillaged their way through Berlin with impunity in 1945. By any measure that was a war crime. Ditto, the GPU agents he sent to Spain during the Civil War to torture and kill anyone who didn’t toe the party line.

Yes, I am Jewish, and it was Stalin’s disastrous leadership, including the Nazi-Soviet Pact, that partly allowed the Nazis to achieve dominance across Europe by 1941. He was also launching the Soviet apparatus on an anti-Semitic purge around the ‘Doctors’ Plot’ when he, thankfully, died. I’m certainly grateful to the Soviet civilians and soldiers who sacrificed so much to destroy the Nazis in the East, but Stalin can rot in Hell, as far as I’m concerned.

      • Occamsrazor says:

Simon, among my many professions is antiques. I`ve seen so many even Orthodox Jews around the tables with Nazi stuff, it would funny if it wasn`t so sad. I never cared for this genre even though I admire the fantastic German workmanship. Plenty of Jews are closet Nazis. Now, look at today`s rape stats in Russia and USA, we have a fraction of yours. In Russia sex criminals are not considered human and are pretty much in the same category as serial killers. The Russian peasant boys in 1945 were raised by deeply Orthodox Christian parents and were in spite of Communism quite Christian at heart. This rape libel was created by a certain Anthony Beevor and is as believable as yeshiva boys winning a war and looting all the pork sausage. All my grandpas went thru the entire ww2, I`d rather trust them than some British scumbag vomiting Russophobia which is the most profitable ideology in history. You see, Russia contains over half of world`s resources. If Icelandic people had the same wealth, military might and territory, you would hear from every TV that they are lazy stupid drunks. Believe me, we don`t take Russophobia personally, it`s a business that is about 500yrs old. Sei gezunt! PS. It was USA that bombed Dresden and starved to death about 2 million German POW`s in open air concentration camps.I`d shake hands with any WW2 German vet who fought honorably but never with Anglo-Saxon “historians” who want you to believe USA/UK won the war while hordes of Russian untermenschen did raping. Russia lost 27 million, UK lost 1.2 million and USA lost 460000. UK/USA joined the war only after Hitler`s back was broken at Stalingrad. One can say a lot about Germans but nobody could call these men cowards.

  • Stephen Diviani says:

When I vote in general elections there are more important issues than whether the candidate likes classical music or jazz or Tiny Tim. A person’s musical tastes tells you very little about them. Haven’t we learned from the history of the last century that a love of high culture doesn’t make a person good.

  • boishaut says:

Sure wish the troll-feeding would stop…best to just NOT engage…don’t comment, don’t like, don’t dislike…

    • William Safford says:

Excellent point. IT’s easy to get sucked in by the trolls.

      • Nydo says:

It’s impossible to argue with someone that doesn’t actually engage in logic and facts coupled with a decent amount of humanitarianism. You can point out their inhuman impulses, and it has no effect, since they don’t recognize the lack of humanity in their own makeup. One of the basic divides in right and left at the moment is that the right is focused on pure selfishness, while the left is focused on a broader perspective. I know, oversimple, but that is the basic divide. Hopefully we can find a way back to balancing things sometime soon.

        • LovePiano says:

Are you talking about the leftist humanitarianism of the BLM-Antifa thugs? Are you talking about the logic of a white Antifa ” Peaceful protester” shooting and killing a black police officer and calling it fighting for racial justice? Are you talking about the sincere humanitarianism of Obama/Clinton/ John McCain starting proxy wars in the Middle East ( calling them Arab Spring) and as a result killing hundreds and thousands of children and innocent people in Syria, Libya, Yemen and elsewhere? Is that the hypocrisy of leftism? Talking big, yet justifying the worst crimes in history, from Stalin to Mao to Obama?

          • William Safford says:

No, Nydo is talking about people like you.

          • LovePiano says:

Black Lives Matter/Antifa = Domestic Terror.
            Expiry date: November 4

          • William Safford says:

You better book your flight to Moscow soon. There will be a diaspora of minions of the orange enemy of the people, after Biden is elected. The orange one and many of his minions will flee to avoid being indicted. You can join them.

        • Timmy O'Toole says:

And social media is the perfect vector for compounding that selfishness…and narcissism…tribalism…infantilization…

Free speech guaranteed by First Amendment. Your dictatorial Marxist left wing brain should get used to it.

    • LovePiano says:

Radical leftism in the 21st century is a form of mental/psychological illness which impairs clear independent thinking, and forces you into being part of the intolerant herd. Being unhappy with yourself, being insecure and having constant guilt causes you to become a radical leftist. Ask yourself , when was the last time you actually did independent thinking, away from the Trump-hating narrative? Never. Anything Trump does is bad. It’s a very sad mental state, with daily suffering 🙂
Just look at the Democrat convention. Full of unattractive, sick-looking, worn-out , yeast infection stricken menopausal women telling depressing tales of unhappiness. The GOP convention on the other hand, full of beautiful, sexy, attractive, picture-perfect women, who give you hope for the future.

      • William Safford says:

        You’re projecting.

Get some therapy. It’s for your own good.

        • LovePiano says:

nahhh, your kind needs it and will need it urgently starting November 4th, we shouldn’t overwhelm the system.
My therapy is ridiculing leftist stupidity actually. I just hope the Trump Derangement Syndrome vaccine is available before the COVID-19 vaccine

          • William Safford says:

Your misogyny is matched only by your racism.

          • LovePiano says:

Don’t throw around words you know nothing about. Left supremacy is the root of all evil in America today. Get help.

          • William Safford says:

As Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart said about pornography: I know it when I see it.

If you do not like being called out on your racism and misogyny, don’t post racist and misogynist comments.

Even better, stop being racist and misogynist. Become a better person.

          • LovePiano says:

Freedom of speech, get used to it. Political correctness that you advocate to silence freedom of speech, is against the constitution. Just because YOU say misogynist and racist, it doesn’t make it misogynist and racist. Get your liberal privilege and its Marxist made-up “constitution” and shove it. In the NEW America your liberal privilege and leftist supremacy is the worst form of racism, misogyny and dictatorship. Trump is dismantling your world, and we will dismantle it further in the next four years, until your ideology, your restrictions, your form of control, becomes completely irrelevant, and tge laughing stock of everyone. This is our New World Order. And in it, freedom of speech in whatever shape or form is sacred and protected. Now change your diaper, grow some balls , stop being beta and getting insulted at anything that doesn’t suit your oversensitive libtard mind. Trust me, you’ll need it more than ever until at least 2024

          • William Safford says:

I have the right to call you out on your bigotry and your fascist fantasies.

            Get used to it.

You do have the right (in this context, subject to the moderator) to make yourself look as bigoted, offensive, disconnected from reality, and uninformed as you like.

You have the right to show your prostration before a wannabe banana republic strongman.

            At this, you succeed.

You would be better served by letting go of your hatred, of your fascist beliefs, of your bigotries. You would be better off improving as a human being.

But that’s up to you. I can call you out on your bigotries (also subject to the moderator), and encourage you to change. Only you can make the change.

What will it be? Will you improve yourself, or will you remain the person whom you present to all of us?

          • LovePiano says:

No change. No compromises on free speech, whether it’s mine or yours. 100% free speech, where anything goes (other than profanity of course). Again, if you’re intolerant of 100% free speech , that is your psychological shortcoming. You’re not going to taunt me or anyone else anymore with these accusations of racism , mysogyny or whatever else there is in your Marxist dictionary. These words have lost their meaning and have become leftist false narrative.
Do you notice how YOU are the one trying to censor me?
In any case, I will not deviate one inch from mocking your ridiculous sense of entitlement and racist liberal privilege.
But that’s not the main issue here. The main issue here is that in less than 2 months, the most important election in modern American history will take place, and its ramifications will be felt for generations to come. Trump HAS to win. Trump WILL win. And we will defeat the radical left enemy together. For your own hood as well. And we will live in an America where 100% free speech is defended. And not your Marxist political correctness. We will win this .

          • William Safford says:

You are not, in fact, a supporter of free speech.

How do I know? Because you support the orange enemy of the people.

He is an enemy of free speech, unless it’s his own.

With every word you spew forth with your support of the orange enemy of the people, you show your unwavering support of the curtailment of free speech in America.

Every time you attempt to mock someone else, you just dig yourself deeper into the pit that you have created for yourself.

You support the candidate who is hostile to free speech, as well as to Blacks, women, Muslims, other minorities, immigrants, facts, truth, morality, our allies, and America itself.

He isn’t even a True Believer. He is an opportunist. He uses his political power to enrich himself and his children, just as he enriched himself with daddy’s money while stiffing his creditors over and over again in his six bankruptcies.

Furthermore, he was mentored by another famously-damaged person, Roy Cohn, who himself worked for another notorious political opportunist, Joseph McCarthy.

You see the McCarthyesque behavior in everything that the orange enemy of the people does.

The irony of all of this is that McCarthy claimed to know who Russian infiltrators of our government were. He did not, but he ruined countless lives in his quest for political power.

Yet we now have the ultimate Russian infiltration of our government: the orange enemy of the people himself!

If the orange enemy of the people is reelected this November, this could very possibly be the last free election in the United States, and the end of democracy.

This must be what you want, since you support him and his anti-Americanism so fervently. You must be a Russian agent.

It does not have to be this way. It’s not too late. You can turn away from evil. You can repent.

          • LovePiano says:

Oh dear, you’re back to your delusional state, instead of the boogeyman, it is Orange man bad. It always amazes how the average libtard like yourself, always claims to be smart, intelligent, and yet they are the most childish, naive and gullible in their thinking. Again, repeating radical left lies over and over again doesn’t make them right or true. The battle lines are drawn, the enemy identified. We will win against you, that’s the main concern here. We don’t want to do any dis-service to you. We just want to fix your brain, that’s all. And it will be for your own good.

          • William Safford says:

Do you experience cognitive dissonance, when you believe in free speech yet support the enemy of free speech?

Or are you just a hypocrite?

Either way, I think you’d be far happier living in Russia. It suits your wants and desires far more than the U.S.

And frankly, Putin is a far more talented and effective authoritarian leader than the orange enemy of the people–to the detriment of the Russian people, but that would make you happy.

          • LovePiano says:

Liberal trolls like yourself have been trying the Putin/Russia/authoritarian tactic for the last four years. It got old. You have to come up with another hoax scare tactic.
You see, in your hatred of President Trump, you’re running out of hoax scare tactics, and no one , except other sickos in your libtard universe believe those fantasies anymore. You will not fool 65 million plus voters, who know what they want.
Trump is not perfect, but for us he can do no wrong! Be very sure of that. Anything you say, will not change our mind. Why? Because the alternative, YOUR alternative is horrible, misguided, anti-democratic, covertly racist, and suppressing free speech in the name of political correctness. Your alternative has absolutely nothing to do with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. What you propose is misery, plain and simple. Misery, just like your two miserable candidates.

          • William Safford says:

Oh, how quaint, to try to project your trollish behavior on others.

It goes hand in hand with your pathetic wanna-be strongman dictator.

Just watch–after Biden wins the election and is sworn in as our next President, the orange enemy of the people will flee to Russia, to evade prosecution on his high crimes and misdemeanors.

Perhaps you should join him–you’ll fit in very well there, amid the oligarchic corruption and despotism.

In 2016, the orange enemy of the people lost the popular vote by over three million.

In November, he will also lose the Electoral College.

The key sentence in your propaganda: that for you, the orange enemy of the people can do no wrong.

This is important. His documented racism, misogyny, xenophobia, official corruption, betrayal of the country to Russia–you approve of all of this. To you, the end justifies the means: the accrual of raw power.

You are willing to betray all that makes America good, for your blind support for your petty leader.

With that, you again damn yourself and all like you.

          • LovePiano says:

Wishful thinking is good until it passes the border of delusions. If every libtard truly believes what you just stated, then anti-depressants will be in very short supply starting November 4th. Hillary and Obama belong in jail, for treason, for spying on a President-elect , that’s the true objective. As for Joe Hiden and Camela, the disintegration of their project started two weeks ago, Democrat fascists are already in quasi panic mode. But right after the first debate on September 29th, where Trump will totally crush Biden, and all of America will laugh, the Dems will realize they’re in crash-burn mode and total collapse. That’s when Michael Moore will start writing panicked tweets and gain 60 pounds as a result. They will get very panicky during October and they will try any and every trick of disruption (could be mass shooting, could be more black men shot by paid-off police officers, could be a major anti-American international incident instigated by Deep State). But IT WILL FAIL. Our Flag Will Still Be Standing There on November 4th with President Trump reelected. Your party is too dumb to outsmart him. He is always ten steps ahead of you. Timing is everything, and everything is going according to plan.
Didn’t you see how Trump ordered the end of Critical Race Theory from all agencies? That’s only the start. Expect much more of that in the next four years. We will dismantle everything you believe in, everything Obama created to divide us, and we will dismantle it in such a way, that it has no chance of ever coming back again, while you’d still be wondering and fantasizing about Trump-Putin. Good for you, keep it up.
November 3 is D-Day. We will end tyranny, once and for all.

          • William Safford says:

I know that you desperately crave raising Your Flag on November 4th.

However, America will not tolerate raising the Russian flag over the White House.

Your comrade, Putin, is waiting for your arrival. You should book your flight to Moscow now.

          • LovePiano says:

You are lying, misrepresenting and misinforming again. Who is burning US flags on the streets of America today? That’s right, The BLM/ Antifa thugs. Who is chanting “Death to America” and ” F*** America” on the streets of America today? That’s right , the Antifa/BLM terrorists, those “peaceful protesters”, the cream of the crop of the Democrat voters. Your kind has long forgotten what America is all about, your kind is hopelessly lost in the jungle of Marxism and internationalism, pseudo anti-racism and anti-Americanism.
So, get used to it , be prepared for it. Trump landslide on November 3. We will bring you to your knees, we will bring Antifa/BLM terrorists to their knees. We will decimate radical leftism, while you listen to the balalaika and still repeatedly scream ” Russia collusion, Putin, impeachment” , in your crib, and wonder why you can’t win. YOU will never win against the TRUE American spirit.

          • William Safford says:

Tell me–were you a red diaper baby? Do you long for the days of Stalin? Or maybe you have a soft spot for one or more of his successors?

You must be sad that the orange enemy of the people wouldn’t raise the hammer and sickle over the White House. My guess, though, is that the Russian flag is an acceptable consolation prize for you.

You are clearly so proud to associate yourself with Putin, a Marxist and former KGB agent. He longs for those good old days, just as you clearly do.

You will fit right in under your fellow comrade Putin’s despotic rule, when you escape this country and the people in it whom you so clearly despise, and move to your beloved motherland, along with the orange enemy of the people.

          • LovePiano says:

Oh William, you’re mixing up countries/regimes/ideologies again . The only real communists in American political life are Crazy Bernie Sanders and Pocahontas Warren. Remember Bernie’s 1988 honeymoon to the Soviet Union? But now that Joe Hiden has a pact with Bernie, why don’t we make him an honorary Commie as well.
Weren’t you the one boasting about howLincoln supposedly loved Karl Marx?.
Don’t be a typical lying and hypocrite Democrat. Only under Sleepy Joe will the hammer/sickle, Che Guevaras and Socialism rule America. Patriots will not let that happen, we will decimate your kind at the ballot box. We will get Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton to SCOTUS, we will annul Roe vs Wade. Big changes are coming to America, get ready. Your communism/socialism will NEVER ever succeed in America. Trump 2020, Trump 2024 ( why not?)

          • William Safford says:

Ah, so you’re more attracted to the fascistic side of Putin, than his Communist history.

            Got it.

I did, indeed, point out that President Lincoln had a correspondence with Karl Marx. It’s fun to watch fact-free people like the orange enemy of the people and his minions squirm in discomfort when presented with facts.

            Minions like you, that is.

So, tell us. Whose payroll are you on: the orange enemy of the people’s, or Putin’s?

If the former, you’d better watch out. He blew through almost a billion dollars, on vanity projects and graft that went into his own pockets. You may get have your paychecks cut off soon.

The Republicans are canceling TV ads right and left because they can no longer afford them.

Just as the orange enemy of the people so mismanaged his inheritance from Daddy that he drove his companies into bankruptcy six times, so too he has mismanaged his reelection effort.

Meanwhile, Biden has managed Democratic money well, and is continuing to call out the orange enemy of the people on his traitorous behavior.

Almost 200,000 people are dead on 45’s watch, most of them due to his incompetence and indifference.

If Putin pays you, will he continue to give you a salary once you flee to Moscow after Biden is elected in a landslide?

The New York Attorney General is going to arrest the orange enemy of the people as soon as Biden takes the oath of office. Just watch.

          • LovePiano says:

Wow, you’re more idiotic than I thought. You know where that money went? The Trump campaign has been knocking on one million doors each week! EACH WEEK! The Biden campaign? ZERO. THAT, will make the huge difference in November.
Money? We have enough .More than enough. We want to crush you in such a way , that Marxists won’t forget it in the next 25 years.
Trumpslide. Get ready. But please no crybaby excuses like voter suppression and cheating. Only Democrats are dirty enough to do that. And if BLM/Antifa DARES to organize any rioting on November 4th, Insurrection Act and Patriot fighters will crush the domestic terrorists in 24 hours. Plain and simple.

          • LovePiano says:

To refresh your rusty brain read this by the great Conrad Black
            https://amgreatness.com/2020/09/10/trump-has-had-a-historically-great-first-term/
Only a lying libtard would blame our great prez for 200,000 deaths, instead of the Communist Party of China, which treats Beijing Biden like a puppet.
This narrative of MSM is dying. No one believes that fairy tale anymore.
            Trump: Big victory.

          • William Safford says:

Lots of genuinely good piano playing came out of Moscow, as well as evil politics and politicians.

You and your corrupt leader will fit in very well there. You can listen to great pianists in your self-imposed exile from the U.S.

Of course, the orange enemy of the people has no use for anything as worthwhile as classical music, so you certainly will not see him at a concert in Moscow, unless he’s there as a supplicant to his boss Putin.

          • LovePiano says:

Oh, you’re still there? Telling us the 98th version of your From Russia with Love story? One thing about libtards: You are so boringly predictable. That’s why Trump plays you so successfully, like marionettes. That will also be why he will beat you easily in November. Very very easily. And that supposed 7 point lead Biden has now? It will evaporate to nothing, and that will cause more mass libtard hysteria.
I respect Putin a lot more than your “candidates”. He is principled, he loves his country, and he doesn’t let foreign interests take control. Then we have the comical team of Hiden and Camela. Their campaign is more and more looking like neighborhood car wash or garage sale events, but Hiden was definitely looking like Bob Barker running down the aisle in Michigan, in front of three trucks and capacity crowd of 5 people.
Did you see the enthusiasm for Trump in Nevada? Are you seeing the enthusiasm for Trump even in Democrat infested LA? It’s Yuge! Oh wait, no, how could you! All your libtard mind allows you to see is Russia. I encourage you to keep it up. But don’t blame me on November 4th, that I didn’t tell you.
Since I see you suffering, repeating the same Russia story over and over again, how about this? How about a truce, to save you the daily mental anguish? And we’ll meet here again on November 4th, and you’ll congratulate me on being 100% right, and I’ll give you a masterclass on how to adjust to the next 4 years of Trump presidency.
            Take it or leave it.

          • William Safford says:

“Nobody looks good with brown lipstick on.”

            –Frank Zappa

This applies to your puppy crush on your orange enemy of the people leader, as much as it does for the orange one’s crush on his Dear Leader Putin.

          • LovePiano says:

William, hope you took your medication today, because here is the news: Rasmussen poll out today, President Trump approval rating 52%.
Nationally, Trump 47% vs Biden 46% with likely voters.
This is NOT COUNTING the Trump silent voters.

What’s my point? On Sept 1st, while Democrats were already celebrating victory, I predicted right here, that the Biden-Harris project will go down in flames within six weeks ( around October 15). The next station for the Trump Train is September 29 debate, which will be entertainment pure. If Biden shows up. Around that time Trump will take a 3% lead, and by mid-October that might rise to 5%, much more than enough not only for a landslide Electoral College win and popular vote win. By that time, game will be over for the Marxist candidates. Leftist polling will still get the memo too late, so a Trump lead will be much less in their skewed fake numbers. But make no mistake, Trump is unstoppable at this point. And Biden-Harris will fade into the annals of history, despacito despacito (slowly, slowly)

          • William Safford says:

You support the orange enemy of the people who wants to use heat rays on protesters, and under whose watch there have been forced sterilizations in internment camps.

This is the America that you want.

            I do not.

If you want that kind of country, go to Russia. You will be happier there, with your fleeing Dear Leader.

          • LovePiano says:

hmmmm, I guess you didn’t take your meds. Nothing like libtard hallucinations, To the forced internment sterilizations let me add Republic of Mars extra-terrestrial collusion, or Trump is really the Joker, or Melania is really Putin’s daughter, and the coronavirus was created by Putin.
Listening to libtard media propaganda has never been good for your sanity. Keep this phrase in mind and say it repeatedly until November 3:
Trump will be reelected and I will accept him as my president and obey him as his subject.
Perhaps this way you can deal well with the next four years.

          • William Safford says:

Your hatred for anyone who isn’t white is abundantly clear to all who read your racist missives.

Your support of the orange enemy of the people is a performative act of racism and bigotry.

The forced sterilizations at the hands of Americans is real and documented.

The heat rays are real. They even were the topic of a 60 Minutes interview. They were deemed to “inhumane” (to quote counterterrorism expert Malcolm Nance) to deploy in the Iraq war zone, yet the minions of the orange enemy of the people want to deploy them against Americans.

This is your form of morality. You damn yourself with every word you write.

You stew in the hate-filled crevices of the white supremacist orange enemy of the people’s latrine. You suckle at the teat of the succubus of the right wing propaganda machine.

Wake up. Pay attention to the real news, not the evil propaganda. Come back into the light. It is not too late.

          • LovePiano says:

The only thing sterilized is your brain and the brains of many libtards who were damaged as a result of leftist indoctrination by universities and mainstream media. My form of morality is to educate you, and I am truly doing you a favor, wasting my precious time on you, so that the shock and depression you will suffer on Nov 3d will not be too big.
Stop being racist, intolerant, and xenophobic, by propogating leftist values and supporting the Democrats, who want to keep African Americans locked up on their plantations ( Democrat-led cities and states). Stop supporting domestic terrorism , by supporting BLM/Antifa, the end for this organizations is very near.

            SCOTUS 5-4 clear majority,
            Trump elected President,
            GOP Senate,
GOP House ( the latter possibly, but I cannot confirm 100%. )
We’re in for the most heated period in American history in the next 44 days which will have the most glorious ending on November 3d , with a Trumpslide. First stop: nomination of Amy Coney Barret ( so do you know yet what will you accuse her of doing in high school/university?). Second stop is the debate on the 29th. Can’t wait to watch it with other Patriots, Trump destroying Hiden. It will be purr comedy, and I am getting the popcorn ready.
            Are you ready?

          • William Safford says:

Your support of the orange enemy of the people is your performative act of bigotry and white supremacy.

You show your support for the end of democracy in America and the imposition of fascism, as well as corruption and lawlessness.

The only question is whether you choose to emigrate to Moscow or Beijing, after the orange enemy of the people flees justice in the United States. He has to flee somewhere that will both accept him and that does not have an extradition treaty with the U.S. I am sure that you will want to be right there with him.

So, do you already know how to speak Russian or Mandarin? If not, you better start boning up on it!

          • LovePiano says:

For the last 20 messages you’ve written, you’re constantlysaying the same thing. Is dementia-Alzheimers a libtard phenomenon? I mean, Biden, Pelosi are totally shot in the brain , and you’re not far off. Pelosi was saying shewill impeach every day of the week, I think she thinks impeaching is a form of doing laundry. You’re not far off, problem is, unfortunately for you the loss will be all the more painful. 5-4 majority, President Trump until 2025, AND Senate, and probably House. What will happen then?
CBS polling reports he will get 25% of black vote, unprecedented for GOP candidate, but I believe it’s muchmore than that. In the end the only white supremacist standing will be you, it seems. It’s coming.: this loss and libtard demolition willnot be forgotten in generations to come

          • William Safford says:

For the last 20 messages you’ve written, you’re constantly saying the same thing. Is dementia-Alzheimers a white supremacist fascist phenomenon? I mean, the orange enemy of the people, and McConnell, are totally shot in the brain, and you’re not far off. McConnell was saying he will stiff the unemployed every day of the week, I think he thinks helping the unemployed is a form of doing laundry. You’re not far off, problem is, unfortunately for you the loss will be all the more painful. Expanded Supreme Court, President Biden until 2025, President Harris in 2024, AND a unified Democratic Congress. What will happen then?
Polling reports that the orange enemy of the people is losing the uneducated white vote, unprecedented for a modern GOP candidate, but I believe it’s much more than that. In the end the only white supremacist standing will be your Dear Leader, either in jail or exile, it seems. It’s coming: this loss and fascist demolition will not be forgotten in generations to come.

          • LovePiano says:

Oh dear, you’ve got nothing left to say, so you’re copying me, and filling in the blanks, poor you, I guess I have totally bankrupted your mind. You were sounding pretty intellectual in the beginning, but this is the same problem with all libtards. They appear so compassionate, and intellectual, but as soon as you scratch the surface, they are in fact the most unclassy, racist, intolerant, sexist SOBs out there.

I assure you, what you’re saying is just delusions, and your loss will be overwhelming. About polling, may I remind you the morning of November 8, 2016? All polls agreed that Madam President has over 90% chance to win? hahahahaha….Leftist supremacy will be crushed on November 3d, libtard heads (whatever is left in them) will explode, Trump President, SCOTUS majority BEFORE election (Romney just assured it, it’s a done deal), just in case Democrats try to cheat and SCOTUS has to make final decision.
But I know Trump will win comfortably, Senate will stay GOP, now we’re working hard on the House. We want your defeat to be complete.
No funding should go to any educational institution which promotes ANY race over the other. Color blindness should finally be the norm in America. Promoting and funding black racism against whites should be stopped, defunding the police should stop. On the other hand, for true world peace, defunding the United Nations should be on top of President Trump’s priorities in his second term, as well as getting rid of Affordable Health Care, and substituting with something much better.

I truly feel sorry for you… Because I know that with this same passion you speak of Expanded SCOTUS, and Hiden-Camela Administration, libtards spoke about Russia collusion (you failed), impeachment (you failed), Kavanaugh blockage (you failed), riots and coronavirus politicization (IT WILL FAIL). 150 % Sure of it. We will crush the Marxist-leftist enemy. The Democrat party will disintegrate into two factions (libtards who have brain cells left will stay, and the extreme left will form a new party) and you will never elect a President again.

          • William Safford says:

I highlighted the vapidity of your comments. It succeeded.

Why you continue to support this accused rapist and sexual molester confounds us–unless, of course, you view his felonious sexual behavior as a positive….

          • LovePiano says:

You did not succeed at anything, I’m still laughing at making your libtard head go completely astray. Oh, and you supporting the hair-sniffing sexual predator who was outed by his own VP-pick Camela, during the primaries debates and numerous testimonials and video evidence of him going around and sniffing little girls?? Try another accusation, you failed at this one.
UPDATE. Leftist -Communist WaPo poll shows Trump 5 points ahead in Florida and Arizona. Which means, he is ahead by much more.
UPDATE 2: According to GOP schedule new SCOTUS will be confirmed on October 26, and will be on the bench, just in time for the election. This majority prevents any cheating by the Dems and all but insures that the Donald kicks your behinds. God loves us, we’re on our way to victory.

          • William Safford says:

We see your desperate support for a Putin puppet accused serial sexual abuser and rapist.

What does that say about you?

          • LovePiano says:

My PROUD support to the People’s President who is dismantling Democrat-Marxist dictatorship, racism and sexism, step by step.
We will win ! Snd we will finish the work we’ve started

          • William Safford says:

Your PROUD support of a tax dodging, multiply-bankrupt, corrupt, sexual harasser who wants to end democracy in America, says all we need to know about you and your judgment.

Have you bought your ticket to Moscow yet, comrade?

          • LovePiano says:

So William Safford? How does it feel? FOUR MORE YEARS OF PRESIDENT TRUMP! When I told you we will win, drmocracy will win! I can’t wait for the next 4 years. They will be glorious!

          • William Safford says:

            Congratulations to President-elect Biden!

Have you chosen the country where you plan to go into exile? Russia? China? North Korea?

Just watch — the Orange Loser will go into exile. Or jail.

          • William Safford says:

            President Joe Biden.

            Vice President Kamala Harris.

It’s time for the U.S. to turn the page on the old administration, and have a fresh start with President Biden.

Know what makes trolls apoplectic? Zero responses…no acknowledgment of their posts. No comments, no dislikes…

    • LovePiano says:

I don’t agree. For too long, Leftist trolls were given a free pass and met with only weak resistance here and there. They slowly took over our society. Never again. Trump has empowered us to confront hypocrite and racist leftism at every instance and every moment, and not stay silent.
Even Saul Alinsky’s instruction for every libtard: “Accuse your opponent of what you are doing, to create confusion and to inculcate voters against evidence of your own guilt” , will not work anymore. The masses have woken up. Our goal is to forcefully dismantle radical leftism with all its components, by not staying silent.

  • William Safford says:

We now have President-Elect Joseph Robinette Biden, and Vice President-Elect Kamala Devi Harris.

    Hurrah!

Soon, the long national nightmare will be over.

How long will it be before either (a) the Orange Loser is arrested, or (b) goes into exile?
