The Youtube poster identifies the conductor as Antoni Wit but does not identify the orchestra.
Probably the Warsaw National Philharmonic Orchestra.
The best recording of the Smetana I have heard is by the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra under its then-director, the Czech, Zdeněk Mácal . It is on Telarc.
