    Thank you, Norman. I don’t know about “comfort zone”, though. I found it more unsettling and downright sad. Marlene is one of my all time favorites.

    More genuine emotion than Schwarzkopf was ever able to convey. It should never be forgotten that had MD remained in Germany she would have had anything she asked for. Based on public accounts she, like all of us, was flawed but making one of the ultimate moral decisions was made early in the era.

    The two videos, taken together are profoundly moving. War; the devastion inflicted on the natural war; the virus. For me, the grief for all three is terribly linked.
    The repetition, in both songs, underlines the question: will we change?
