Jan Vogler, New York-based artistic director of the Dresden Music Festival, has put together a 24-hour livestream marathon for next Friday, titled: Music Never Sleeps NYC.

    I didn’t know Nina Totenberg was a musician. I know her father was, and that he had and lost a Strad, which was found and was eventually to fall into the hands of Nathan Meltzer. But I had never heard that she played anything.
