Domingo was not pushed, but decided himself to withdraw because of the complexity of the project
Um…he was “persuaded to withdraw”, and allowed that perhaps the complexity of the project was the reason (e.g. no losing face, which is very important in Japan).
Erwin Schrott is hardly a “sub”. I’d rather hear him than Domingo any day.
