  • Robert Groen says:

He gives a recital in the Demilitarised Zone and issues a call for peace and understanding. How this could, except in your political agitator’s brain, Norman, amount to “love bombing” North Korea is beyond me.

  • Pianofortissimo says:

Maybe those two missiles shot yesterday, directed to Japan, were just an expression of thanks to Mr. YoY o Ma.

  • John Borstlap says:

It’s something like playing Wagner for Hitler just before he invaded Poland – all for peace and understanding.

  • Patrik says:

Flying around the world to “grace” strangers with your superior humanitarianism, then quickly leaving to grace another part of the world before you get “bogged down” with the common folk. Nothing arrogant about that?

Still, he is a good cellist.
Although to be honest, his ‘intemperate “sickly optimistic” style of playing is starting to get old.

  • Karl says:

If Dennis Rodman couldn’t produce peace then Yo Yo has no chance.

  • Richard Zencker says:

Did this really happen? I don’t seem to be able to find any information about it anywhere but here. Even Yo-Yo Ma’s website had no mention.
