  • He gives a recital in the Demilitarised Zone and issues a call for peace and understanding. How this could, except in your political agitator’s brain, Norman, amount to “love bombing” North Korea is beyond me.

  • Flying around the world to “grace” strangers with your superior humanitarianism, then quickly leaving to grace another part of the world before you get “bogged down” with the common folk. Nothing arrogant about that?

Still, he is a good cellist.
Although to be honest, his ‘intemperate “sickly optimistic” style of playing is starting to get old.

  • Did this really happen? I don’t seem to be able to find any information about it anywhere but here. Even Yo-Yo Ma’s website had no mention.
