    She’s Brazilian

Brazil, a kibbutz in Israel, Buenos Aires, Paris and the late lamented Kurt Masur: it makes for an interesting, mixed CV. Hope she does well in Provence (no reason why she shouldn’t) and I’m looking forward to a recording of French repertoire from her. Pelleas perhaps?

    São Paulo is the name

I met her once, she was in the jury at one of my exams (where there were 3 out of 5 women btw).
    A very nice lady indeed!
