Jonathan Lo is to be music director of England’s Northern Ballet. He succeeds John Pryce-Jones who retires after 27 years.

Jonathan Lo read music at Oxford. He is Principal Guest Conductor of the Xi’an Symphony Orchestra in China, a Jette Parker Young Artist at the Royal Opera House and Principal Conductor of the Haffner Orchestra, New Bristol Sinfonia and Manchester Chamber Choir.

    I think your picture is of a different Jonathan Lo- the Jonathan Lo who is the cellist of the wonderful Rolston String Quartet. It looks like you have even cropped the cello out!
