Ahem, Hamamatsu in Sapporo? It’s called the Hamamatsu Competition because it’s in Hamamatsu. By the way, I attended the last week of the competition and am happy to report that the winner is excellent.
Thank you for your interest. The Hamamatsu International Piano Competition is held in the city of Hamamatsu in Shizuoka Prefecture, not Sapporo.This was the 10th competition.
