What? He is spot on. Please elaborate.

        • Gonout Backson says:

No, he’s not. Polanski has been judged, condemned, and he went to prison. He fled when he, his lawyer and the DA discovered that the judge was about to break the deal he had imposed on the parties. As we know now (and as no one knew then), the judge was in league with another DA who dictated him his moves, which makes the whole procedure illegal. To make a very long story (the longest in the history of the Californian justice system) short : four independent jurisdictions, one Swiss and three Polish (including the Supreme Court), rejected the American demand for extradition, as unfounded.
