Irrelevant for the 99% of us who can’t afford £200 for a ticket. (I had to laugh at this line in the T&Cs: ‘ As members are aware, included in the amount quoted is a voluntary donation of £70 per seat to support Garsington Opera’s artistic quality’.)

Seriously: who cares about Garsington, apart from the toffs? It’s a total irrelevance to almost everybody in the UK.

Did a member of the audience prang your car or something?

Most of the music discussed here could be described as irrelevant.

      Sour, pointless comment.

From your carefully considered remarks I assume you are a member of the ‘Music should be free’ brigade.
