whats the joke?
I think we are all supposed to recognise the gentleman who is not Rafael Nadal? and be mildly amused at the tennis star and the star conductor consorting with one another? Nadal’s grandfather is or was a conductor.
I didn’t realise that YNS was as… that RN is as tall as he is. 🙂
RN is about 1m80 and YNS around 1m60 according to my sources. RN looks much shorter next to Novak D who is 1m88. FYI: Klemperer was 1m96, Ormandy barely made it to 1m50 in elevator heels (which he wore regularly on the podium).
