Should have flown Air Canada…..unbelievably good customer service last week.
Not if you were flying to ‘Frisco with them recently, it wasn’t. The AirCanada pilots apparently mistook the taxiway for the runway and almost landed on four waiting aircraft. It’s in the news today.

No, it was truly excellent. Both at London Heathrow and at Halifax International. Couldn’t fault them. Sorry.
Take as you find them all, I suppose. BA were great from Heathrow to Hong Kong, and Leeds to New York more recently, and I only flew Economy and then partially back with American Airlines, which weren’t great but okay. This business with instruments on many airlines is frightful and so stressful for those involved.
