Two harp students are fined for playing in the street

Two Moscow students have been fined 10,000 rubles each for playing their instrument in Manege Square.

The offence: Organizing mass simultaneous gathering in public places, causing public disorder” (Art. 1, Art. 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code).

Lyuba Startseva and Violeta Mihaylova are considering an appeal.
