Tragic news: Missing viola player is found dead
mainThe body of the German viola player, Elisabeth Schaefer, missing since she walked out of a Camerata Atenea rehearsal on March 18, was found this afternoon by a walker near Kessariani forest.
First reports say her veins had been cut.
Police say they are keeping an open mind as to the cause.
Our sympathies to her husband, family and friends.
How awful.
Sometimes there is a catalyst which tips one over the edge of wanting to survive. .. if it is suicide then i mourn the darkness which must have felt inexorable & overwhelming to her. Xxxx
