  • Eddie Mars says:

I hope this will provide some element of closure for Natalia’s famiily – particularly for her sister, who is a fine pianist-repetiteur with the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet in Oslo.

  • Nicola Lefanu says:

BTW, any news about Stefan Arzberger the Leipzig violinist who was arrested a year ago in NY for attempted murder whilst allegedly drugged against his will ?

  • Hugh Mather says:

Natalia stayed with us on about 5 occasions between 2005 and 2012 when she gave recitals at St Mary’s Perivale and St Barnabas Ealing, and John stayed as well on her last two visits. She was absolutely charming and very charismatic, and John was equally charming. She played all the Liszt Transcendental Studies in a single evening in June 2005 at St Mary’s Perivale, and was a remarkable pianist. It is the most appalling and unbelievable tragedy. May she rest in peace.
