And it came to pass that Carnegie Hall brought forth the names of the children of America who will play in the next cycle of its National Youth Orchestra, known as NYO-USA.

    NYO2 is actually a new project in addition to NYO-USA, designed for slightly younger students from underserved communities. Giancarlo Guerrero will work with NYO2, and Eschenbach and Gergiev with NYO.
