    That was really white.

  • Anon says:

    Love these guys!

    • Paul Sullivan says:

“The A.V. Alexandrov Russian army academic song and dance ensemble”.

I agree! A wonderful group of singers, musicians, and dancers!

  • David Foulger says:

What would Comrade Joe have thought about that ?

  • Olaugh Turchev says:

At least these guys have humour unlike…

  • Milka says:

Wonder if they will tour along with
the troops invading and killing in the Ukraine ……..sort of a sing along
    invasion .

Is it what makes you Happy?

      • Milka says:

        Olaugh is so predictable..
        the Katyn
        massacre is I believe, where
mother Russia had some 20000 Polish soldiers and citizens murdered by the Russian NKVD also one should note that the greatest uprising of the 2nd world war
was brutally put down by the Germans
        and again thousands killed
thanks to the Russian betrayal of
those who fought for freedom ,Olaugh
might remember the date 1944. So
before showing how nasty are the
Ukrainians past and present,Olaugh might look into the present and past
        betrayals and mass murders by
        mother Russia .If one believes
that the 2010 plane crash in which Polish President and party were killed
on way to Katyn was an accident then
one believes the moon is made of green cheese .And as Russian army sings happy songs invading the Ukraine perhaps one might think on the mass murders done while they sang and still sing
        Kalinka moya.

        • Michael Barons says:

Here is a short quote from Wiki, to help your education: “The actions of the UPA resulted in 35,000-60,000 Polish deaths in Volhynia and 25,000-40,000 in Eastern Galicia”
As for another history lesson – Poland, being German ally, stopped Red Army’s intervention in Sudetenland in 1938 – which could have prevented WW2 right there. Not really a “friendly neighbor”. Naturally, their political stupidity did not serve them well just a year later…

        • Olaugh Turchev says:

With your logic, there is no way we should listen to any music made in USA: between native massacred Americans and the thousands direct and indirect victims of US policies in the past 50 years… Oh and British music too und so weiter… Pump and Circumstances.

          • Joel V. says:

From this moment on I will NEVER listen a single piece by Tchaikovsky – ever !

            [joking]

  • Milka says:

Barons of course interprets and shades events to suit mother Russia of to-day.He knows that Poland being an ally of Germany is a lie but serves his purpose .That the Poles behaved badly in the Czech situation is a given
but it was an interfamily Slav fight which
suited Germany’s plans to a T and from
    which Germany could benefit mightily
being in the side lines .Barons might recall that just after Hitler invaded Poland ,Russia also invaded .Before
Barons thinks up a mother Russia
response it would do well to remember
a document called Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact . One wonders what Barons calls present invasion of the Ukraine ? will he go back in history to justify present Russian incursion into
    the Ukraine spreading death and
    destruction while singing Ochi Chernye.?

    • Michael Barons says:

Interesting discussion… So Poland was behaving badly when grabbed a piece of Sudetenland? That’s all? And did it together with Germany does not mean they were allied?
As for current events in Ukraine there are about 300 polish mercenaries killed and about 90 Americans. I suppose they came there on vacation to catch some sunny weather? Perhaps American flags in Kiev are not signs of an invasion either? Nazi marshes are OK with you or they are only OK with you as long as they are in Ukraine? Or are you one of the marching there? In EUROPE such shows are not encouraged and would result in jail. Germany is perhaps comfortable with this kind of shows, but I doubt it would fly in France.

  • Michael Barons says:

If Europeans governments were any smarter they would have simply stayed out of all of it. It is clear as a day that US is trying to arrange another European conflict using local idiots. If USA wants a fight with Russia they should do it themselves. Good luck! Instead weak countries like Poland and Ukraine will end up with bloody noses again – story repeats centuries after centuries. Until these nations that call themselves independent will govern their countries according to the interests of their people who elect them into power, instead of taking CIA orders, there will be conflicts like this one.

  • Milka says:

One cannot but note with a wry smile how both Barons and Turchev are
    extraordinarily selective in presenting
historic events , even to the point of seemingly suffering from amnesia as
to actual facts ,all done to put mother
Russa in a good light , Barons comments on Nazi marches in the Ukraine leads one to observe that
mother Russia in its history of brutality is not too far behind .

  • Michael Barons says:

Indeed. Perhaps if WW2 did not happen Stalin would eventually exterminate all of his own people. But faced with even greater evil than he was himself, he managed to earned a legacy of a man who happened to be a leader during the war that without a question was a fight for the right to exist. And that is what people who lived through this time remember. If you do not understand it perhaps you should just go away as it might just be beyond your comprehension.
My last answer to you as your arguments and history knowledge are just pathetic.

  • Milka says:

    In remembering past horrors these
same people who” remember” decide to invade the Ukraine .Maybe you could write a song for the “Army Chorus” to sing while invading other nations or
better still a song on how
present day Russians who dare to
to hold opinions different from the state are jailed & worse , or will
    amnesia set in .
