Marin gets into the Royal
UncategorizedThe American conductor Marin Alsop has been made an Honorary Member of the Royal Philharmonic Society ‘in recognition of her outstanding services to music’. The presentation was made by the composer Colin Matthews on during last night’s Prom concert in which Marin conducted the BBC Symphony Orchestra in works by Adams and Mahler.
