I think he shows tremendous sensitivity bringing one man’s personal struggle to the internet.
It reminds me of a televised production of Die Walküre on the square outside of the Bayrische Staatsoper years ago: A young man standing behind me began to hum, not Wagner, but some music of his own cranial sphere, just loud enough to ruin the broadcast for me. Fortunately, it was a standing crowd in front of the giant screen, which ennabled me to move somewhere else. Within minutes he was behind me again, humming away. I turned to glare at him, but he seemed not to see me. He could have hummed at home, I thought. He must have been there for the images, choosing to provide his own soundtrack for the Nibelungen saga up there on the screen.

I understand from someone who was at the concert that he was in a dispute with another concertgoer over that persons use of a cell phone.
As the author of the article, I wonder about that, at least at the outset of his arrival. Of course, it is possible that he had the dispute before he came walking down the aisle. But, even before he sat down, he made his first announcement about his displeasure, and his second announcement to calm himself came about an hour later. Thanks, though, for this reported observation.
