A major new jazz label? In 2012?
mainIn a clear case of heart before head, Harmonia Mundi are launching their own jazz label.
It may be that the way ahead in 2012 is being different, but this is seriously bucking the trend. Record sales are in decline and jazz is going from niche to nowhere. This is a brave venture in the best sense of the adjective. Let’s all wish HM a fair wind and groovy rhythms.
