News just in: Coldplay get cold feet on Palestine
UncategorizedWithin a week of endorsing One World’s Song for Palestine, the British rock group have dropped the link from their facebook page.
No explanation has been given.
We have no way of knowing whether they’ve changed their politics, their financial advisors or their friends. Maybe they just listened a second time and realised what a poor song it is. Or maybe Gwyneth Paltrow had something to say about it to Chris Martin. Who knows?
Perhaps they learnt the truth about the ideological fiction called ‘Palestine’.
Who cares? Coldplay, to put it bluntly, sucks. Anyway, what does anemic, late 90s Brit-pop have to do with classical music?
