Diana Diaz has sent in three members of the rock band Menomena, classifying them as composers. Menomena are an indie band from Portland, Oregon. Its members are Brent Knopf, Justin Harris, and Danny Seim. Like Archimedes, they get many of their best ideas at bathtime. Enjoy. e.

I’d like to throw this baby out with the bathwater.

And they’re going to get their LAST best idea in this bathtub unless that toaster is battery operated.

I’m sure they’re not completely naked. They composed a score for Portland’s modern dance company, “The Monster Squad.” They may not be composers in the traditional sense, but perhaps they are. Brent Knopf (the one with the apple) has a unique compositional style which also appears in his solo project, Ramona Falls. Nice guy, too.
They’re still alive and well; and still specializing in humorous photo shoots.
