Singing with his wife Esther, he topped the charts with Cinderella Rockefella in 1968.

The pair divorced two years later.

We have two LPs of theirs, bought in 1970. Their songs were great to play at student parties. Esther Ofarim had a lovely voice. His was definitely the ‘backing’ role.
