We have been notified of the death yesterday of Sören Hyldgaard, one of Denmark’s foremost film composers.

He died of complications from diabetes.

His major film scores include The One and Only (1999) and Midsummer (2003).

He also wrote a glorious trombone concerto, Rapsodia Borealis.

So sad…that the ‘fix’ is not common knowledge, alas:
google: ‘cure diabetes in 2 weeks’ = About 4,030,000 results . If you supply your car with dirty/excess fuel, you get driveability problems…There are thousands of astounding testimonials of 20,10 yrs of being diabetic, banished in a short time with lifestyle mods…it’s not rocket science, after all.

There are two types of diabetes, adult and childhood diabetes. Adult diabetes is caused by problems with body cells absorbing glucose, childhood diabetes which lasts the whole life is caused by serious problems with insulin producing glands in the pancreas. Adult diabetes, which is much more common, can USUALLY be controlled.

Childhood diabetes is much more dangerous. Among the complications are serious blood circulatory problems and heart failure. I have a relative in law, a childhood diabetic, who takes super good care of herself and nevertheless went blind in middle age.

Please do not blame the victims for their health problems or just assume that so and so had complications of whatever disease because he/she had not been taking care of him/herself. Sometimes even the most health conscientious person just has bad luck
