The much-loved pianist, 71, cancelled his US tour last month.

Now he has called off London in midsummer ‘due to ill health’.

We wish him better.

We regret to announce that unfortunately Murray Perahia has had to withdraw from his Barbican recital on 21 June 2018 due to ill health. We look forward to welcoming him back to the Barbican Centre for his recital as part of our 2018-19 season on 3 June 2019. All ticketholders will receive a full refund

    I got a letter from the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, UK that his 15 June concert is cancelled.
