Russia issues passports for valuable instruments
mainThe Ministry of Culture says it is preparing documents for Russian owners of precious instruments to protect them from theft and customs harassment when travelling abroad.
They will extend the same courtesy to pedigree bows. More here.
Why can’t the EU do the same?
