The death has been announced of Robert Honeysucker, a baritone who appeared with more than a dozen US opera companies before developing a distinguished teaching career at Boston Conservatory.

Away from opera, Bob gave international recitals with his wife, the pianist Noriko Yasuda, and was a frequent soloist with the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
