The opera festival is advertising for a chorus master to start work in September, which is soon.

He or she will replace Jeremy Bines, who is swanning off to Deutsche Oper to succeed William Spaulding, now at Covent Garden.

Gly have left it very late to start looking.

And they won’t find one out there …

September is soon? And there was me thinking it was February.

Swanning off? How about moving to a great position in Berlin having done a great job in Lewes?
