With all the attempts at translation into English in a country of 1.3bn people it would not be surprising if you found a few which were really silly, BUT the photo above is clearly from a German-speaking country and is therefore equally clearly a hoax. In fact, just like

I would not underestimate the power of Google Translate. It’s free and does a great job with simple texts. And if you need to translate documents or a medical certificate from english to latin then of course it is better to prefer professional translation from experts. So you will be sure that there are no mistakes.
